◆砂轮主轴采用大锥度四油楔自动调隙动*承,具有较高的刚性和回转精度。
◆工作台 ( Z轴)传动及横进给( X轴)传动驱动采用THK滚珠丝杠伺服直驱结构,工作台( Z轴)导轨采用开式卸荷静压导轨结构,刚性好,运动平衡,摩擦系数小,低速无爬行。横进给( X轴)导轨采用瑞士直线导轨,并施加预紧力,满足高刚性、低摩擦、无间隙、动态响应好的精密磨削要求。
◆头架采用静态主轴顶磨结构,刚度好,适于精密磨削。
◆尾架套筒采用直线轴承结构,无间隙进给,刚性好,且可实现液压制动与人工手动双模式控制。
◆床身采用双层结构(有限元分析) , 特殊配比铸铁整体式浇铸,导轨面人工刮研,动/静态刚性好,热变形稳定。

◆The workhead adopts static spindle top grinding structure with good rigidity, suitable for precision grinding.
◆Tailstock sleeve adopts linear bearing structure, no gap feeding, good rigidity, and can realize hydraulic braking and manualdual mode control.
The bed adopts double-layer structure (finite element analysis), special ratio cast iron casting, manual scraping and grinding of guide rail surface, good dynamic/static rigidity. stable thermal deformation.

◆机床布局为工作台移动式T型布局,工作台左右运动(Z轴)及砂轮架横向运动(X轴)皆采用伺服电机带动滚珠丝杠驱动结构。
◆润滑采用间歇润滑泵进行集中润滑,头架为死结构,尾架工件手动顶紧、松开,顶紧力的调整可通过调整弹簧的压紧量来实现,砂轮架为片瓦的动*承结构,磨削刚性好,精度高。
◆工件磨削可实现数控编程自动磨削 ,满足大部分中小零件的自动磨削加工的要求,可以很好的替代传统手动式外圆磨床,降低机床对人员操作水平的要求,-名工人可以同时操作多台机床,提高了工人的生产效率。
◆The layout of the machine is the movable table t-type layout, and the leftright movement of the table (z-axis) and the transverse movement of the wheelhead(X- axis) are driven by the servo motor and ball screw.
◆Lubrication by intermittent lubrication pump for centralized lubrication ,The workhead is a dead center structure, and the tailstock workpiece is manually jacked and released. The wheelhead is a dynamic bearing structure of tile, which has good grinding rigidity and high precision.
◆Workpiece grinding can realize CNC programmed automatic grinding, which can meet the requirements of automatic grinding of most small and medium-sized parts. It can well replace the traditional manual cylindrical grinder, and reduce the requirement of machine tools for personnel operation level. One worker can operate multiple machine tools at thesame time.
