结构特点 / STRUCTURAL FEATURES
◆机床布局为工作台移动式T型布局,工作台左右运动(Z轴)及砂轮架横向运动(X轴)皆采用伺服电机带动滚珠丝杠驱动结构。
◆润滑采用间歇润滑泵进行集中润滑,头架为死结构,尾架工件手动顶紧、松开,顶紧力的调整可通过调整弹簧的压紧量来实现,砂轮架为片瓦的动*承结构,磨削刚性好,精度高。
◆工件磨削可实现数控编程自动磨削 ,满足大部分中小零件的自动磨削加工的要求,可以很好的替代传统手动式外圆磨床,降低机床对人员操作水平的要求,-名工人可以同时操作多台机床,提高了工人的生产效率。
◆The layout of the machine is the movable table t-type layout, and the leftright movement of the table (z-axis) and the transverse movement of the wheelhead(X- axis) are driven by the servo motor and ball screw.
◆Lubrication by intermittent lubrication pump for centralized lubrication ,The workhead is a dead center structure, and the tailstock workpiece is manually jacked and released. The adjustment of jacking force can be realized by adjusting the com-pression quantity of the spring. The wheelhead is a dynamic bearing structure of tile, which has good grinding rigidity and high precision.
◆Workpiece grinding can realize CNC programmed automatic grinding, which can meet the requirements of automatic grinding of most small and medium-sized parts. It can well replace the traditional manual cylindrical grinder, and reduce the requirement of machine tools for personnel operation level. One worker can operate multiple machine tools at thesame time.
