冷热冲击试验机，用来测试材料结构或复合材料，在瞬间下经温及极低温的连续环境下所能忍受
的程度，藉以在最短时间内试验其热胀冷缩所引起的化学变化或物理伤害。适用的对象包括理电池、
金属、塑料、橡胶、电子”二等材料，可作为其产品改进的依据或参考。
Cold & thermal impact tester is used to test the capability of material structure or composite materials to withstand
the continuous environmental changes between extremely high temperature and low temperatures during a short
period, and therefore understａnd the chemical changes or physical damages caused by expansion from heat and
contraction from cold in the shortest possible time. It is applicable to Lithium-ion battery,metals, plastic, rubber,
electronics amongst other， Lithium-ion battery. The test result can be used as a reference or basis for product
improvement.
特点Features
.三箱设备区分为:高温区、低温区、测试区三部分，测试产品置于测试区，冲击时高温区的温度冲压入测试去进行冲击，测试产品为静态式。
.采用触控式图控澡作介面。操作筒易。
.冲击方式应用风路切换方式将温度导入测试区，做冷热冲击洲试。
.高温冲击或低湿冲击时，时间可达999H,循环周期可达9999次。
.系统可作自动循环衙移或手动选择性冲击并可设定二区或三区冲击及冷冲热冲启始。
.冷却采二元冷冻系统，降湿效果快速，冷却方式为水冷式。
.可以试验冲击常温

Applying wind route conversion to the shock method to distribute temperature to the testing zone for cold and thermal
shock measurement.
For high temperature shock or low temperature shock,ma x i mum time is up to 999H,ａnd maximum circulation cycles
are 9999 times.
The system can be used fo r automatic Circulation Shock or manual selective shock, capable of setting two zones or
three zones shocks as well as cold and thermal shock start-up.
Binary cooling system is adopted for cooling,with quick cooling effect.The method is water cooling.
Normal temperature shocd test is allowed.
