　　硅芯管冷弯曲半径试验仪按照中华人民共和国交通行业标准JT/T496-2004《公路地下通信管道高密度聚乙烯硅芯塑料管》中硅芯管冷弯曲半径试验方法研制的。该设备简洁直观，是生产及质量监督检验部门的设备。

　　Silicon core tube cold bend radius tester was developed in accordance with the People's Republic of China Transportation Industry Standard JT/T496-2004"High-density polyethylene silicon core plastic pipe for highway underground communication pipelines".The equipment is simple and intuitive,ａnd is the equipment of the production and quality supervision and inspection department.

　　硅芯管冷弯曲半径试验仪技术参数：

　　能够满足直径在32-63mm不同直径的地下通信管道高密度聚乙烯硅芯塑料管。

　　其他检测设备：温度能控制在-20℃±2℃的低温箱。

　　样品：取3根1.5米(当外径大于40mm时2m)长的硅芯管作为试样用于产品的弯曲性能试验，试验前试样应放置在-20℃±2℃温度下保持2h。

　　判定规则：试样经过弯曲试验后，应不出现开裂、裂纹或明显应力发白现象

　　Technical parameters of silicon core tube cold bending radius tester:

　　It can meet the high-density polyethylene silicon core plastic pipes for underground communication pipelines with different diameters between 32-63mm.

　　Other testing equipment:low temperature box whose temperature can be controlled at-20℃±2℃.

　　Samples:Take three silicon core tubes with a length of 1.5 meters(2m when the outer diameter is greater than 40mm)as samples for the bending performance test of the product.Before testing,the samples should be placed at-20℃±2℃for 2h.

　　Judgment rule:After the sample is subjected to a bending test,it should not show cracks,cracks or obvious stress whitening
