钢构件镀锌层附着性能测定仪适用于热浸镀锌层附着力试验，是利用锤头自由跌落击打试样来测试镀锌层附着性能质量进行评价，产品符合JT/T684-2007《钢构件镀锌层附着性能测定仪》、JT/T281-2007《高速公路波形梁钢护栏》、JT/T374-1998《隔离栅技术条件》附录中的技术指标，及GB/T2694-2010《输电线路铁塔制造技术条件》的落锤试验方法。
The tester for the galvanized layer adhesion of steel members is suitable for the hot-dip galvanized layer adhesion test.It uses the hammer head to freely drop and hit the sample to evaluate the quality of galvanized layer adhesion.The product meets JT/T684-2007"Steel The technical indicators in the appendix of the component galvanized layer adhesion performance tester,JT/T281-2007"Highway Corrugated Beam Steel Guardrail",JT/T374-1998"Isolation Bar Technical Specifications",ａnd GB/T2694-2010"Transmission Line"Technical conditions for manufacturing towers"drop hammer test method.
钢构件镀锌层附着性能测定仪技术参数：
★锤头采用45号钢，质量为(210±10)g，表面镀铬。
★锤刃硬度(肖氏)不低于40HS。
★锤柄采用橡木，质量为(70±10)g。
