　　CP-25防水卷材冲片机使用方法：

　　冲片机根据不同试样选择相应的切刀，装在该冲片机上压板位置上。将料放在刀垫上，使丝杠下移，切刀与料相接触。将控制旋钮向压样方向旋转，拧紧为止。用手上、下搬动操纵杆，使下压板向上移动，压样完成后，将控制旋钮向复位方向旋转，下压板自动复位。

　　How to use CP-25 waterproof sheet punching machine:

　　The punching machine selects the corresponding cutter according to different samples and installs it on the platen position on the punching machine.Put the material on the knife pad,move the screw down,ａnd the cutter will contact the material.Turn the control knob towards the compression direction until it is tightened.Use your hands to move the joystick up and down to move the lower platen upward.After pressing the sample,turn the control knob to the reset direction,ａnd the lower platen will automatically reset.

　　CP-25防水卷材冲片机安装：

　　★本机安装时打好基础，找好水平用m8膨胀螺栓固定即可。

　　★把裁刀轻轻放在丝杠下的冲压柱底部，冲压柱下面配有力磁铁，能稳固裁刀，安装快捷，调整方便。

　　★试件冲压时应在工作台配备硬木或胶板以防损坏刀口。

　　★实验完毕后应将表面清理干净、丝杠、冲压柱涂防锈油脂，套好防护罩。

　　CP-25 Waterproof Roll Punching Machine Installation:

　　★When the machine is installed,lay the foundation,find the level and fix it with m8 expansion bolts.

　　★Put the cutter lightly on the bottom of the stamping column under the screw.The super strong magnet is installed under the stamping column to stabilize the cutter,fast installation and easy adjustment.

　　★When punching the test piece,the workbench should be equipped with hardwood or rubber board to prevent damage to the knife edge.

　　★After the experiment is completed,the surface should be cleaned,the lead screw and stamped column should be coated with anti-rust grease,ａnd the protective cover should be put on.
