　　QWX涂层耐沾污试验机试验前准备

　　★将水箱固定，并保证流水管空间基本垂直于水平面，且流水口距试板200mm，将两节水管按图连接牢固，螺纹处可用四氟带缠绕。将水管支架，控制器支架固定，接好上水溢水管。

　　★将电磁阀引线插入控制器信号孔内，锁紧螺母在接通用220V电源。（在接通电源开关C前，应先将开关B拨至“暂停”位置）

　　★Fix the water tank,ａnd ensure that the space of the water pipe is basically perpendicular to the horizontal plane,ａnd the water outlet is 200mm away from the test plate.Fix the water pipe bracket and controller bracket,ａnd connect the water overflow pipe.

　　★Insert the solenoid valve lead into the signal hole of the controller,ａnd the lock nut is connected with 220V power supply.(Before turning on the power switch C,first turn the switch B to the"pause"position)

　　QWX涂层耐沾污试验机操作步骤：

　　★给水箱注水，有溢水即停止上水，溢水停止后将样板放在样板架上。

　　★将时间继电器自左第三位调至M，**位调至于其余各位调至零，即为1分钟。将B拨至“暂停”位置，打开电源开关C，在按一下A“清零”。再将B拨至“工作”，此时电磁阀工作，计时开始。亦即冲洗开始。此时应移动样板，使其各部位都能经过水流点。一分钟后阀门开关冲水停止。再将B拨至“暂停”，按下复位A键。一个试验过程结束。将水箱在注水等待下一个试验。

　　★冲洗后样板的干燥及反射系数的测定，粉煤灰水的配制，粉煤灰的参数，样板底材及样板的制做，按相关规定执行。

　　Operation steps of QWX coating stain resistance tester:

　　★Fill the water tank with water,stop the water supply if there is overflow,ａnd place the sample on the sample frame after the overflow stops.

　　★Turn the time relay from the third position to M,ａnd the**position to zero for the rest of the bits,which is 1 minute.Set B to“pause”position,turn on power switch C,ａnd press A to“zero”.Then set B to"Work",at this time the solenoid valve works and the timing starts.The rinsing is started.At this time,the template should be moved so that all parts can pass the water flow point.After one minute,valve flushing stopped.Then dial B to"pause"ａnd press the reset A key.An experimental process ends.Fill the water tank with water and wait for the next test.

　　★The measurement of the drying and reflection coefficient of the sample after washing,the preparation of the fly ash water,the parameters of the fly ash,the preparation of the sample substrate and the sample are carried out according to relevant regulations.

　　本装置为水电结合产品，管路连接中不许有漏水现象，否则不能使用，电源处必须有漏电保护装置，使用后拔掉电源插头。操作时应湿干分离，并有两人操作。一个人操作控制器。一个人移动样板做试验。
