RLink 是Raisonance公司多功能、高性价比的一款CAN、LIN总线节点开发控制器在线编程仿真与编译调试工具,适合STR7 (ARM7), STR9 (ARM9), STM32 (Cortex-M3), µPSD (8051), ST7 and STM8等ARM控制器开发编程调试. RLink采用Raisonance公司提供的集成环境 (RIDE)进行驱动, 用来作为开发工程师通过USB接口进行在线编程工具。

 In-Circuit Debugger & Programmer 


 

RLink is Raisonance's versatile, very low cost, high-performance In-Circuit Debugger & Programmer for STR7 (ARM7), STR9 (ARM9), STM32 (Cortex-M3), µPSD (8051), ST7 and STM8. RLink, driven by Raisonance's Integrated Environment (RIDE), has been designed to connect to the user application board via the USB port allowing In-Circuit Programming and In-Circuit Debugging thanks to the serial protocol included in the used microcontroller.

RLink supports JTAG, ICC and SWIM:

  • 20-pin JTAG ARM adapter for STR7, STR9 & STM32 microcontrollers. Supported STR7 & STR9 derivatives.
  • 14-pin JTAG µPSD adapter for µPSD microcontrollers. Supported µPSD derivatives.
  • 10-pin ICC-ST7 adapter for ST7 microcontrollers. Supported ST7 derivatives.
  • 4-pin SWIM-STM8 adapter for STM8 microcontrollers. Supported STM8 derivatives.
RLink in-circuit debugger & programmer


Characteristics:
  • Dynamically programmable: possible addition of new protocols without changing the hardware nor the firmware but only the software
  • Up to 2 Mbit/s
  • from 3V to 5V
  • Based on ST7651AR6 (USB1.1)
  • Flexible software architecture: already supports µPSD, ST7, STM8, STR7, STR9 and STM32
  • No power supply needed. RLink is powered through the USB connection
  • Cost effective solution
Use:
RLink can be driven not only by RIDE (Raisonance IDE), but also by other tools such as RFlasher, some inline programming applications and ST tools (PSDSoft and CAPS for µPSD, STVD7 and STVP7 for ST7 and STM8 ).
This is done with no limitation and without the need of a Serial Number, as serialization is ensured by the RLink itself.

Versions:
2 box versions are available:
  • RLink standard (RLink-std, see picture above) allowing:
    • µPSD debugging and programming
    • ST7 debugging and programming
    • STM8 debugging and programming
    • STR7 full programming, only <32K debugging available
    • STR9 full programming, only <32K debugging available
    • STM32 full programming, only <32K debugging available


     
  • RLink Professional (RLink-Pro, see picture below) allowing unlimited:
    • µPSD debugging and programming
    • ST7 debugging and programming
    • STM8 debugging and programming
    • STR7 debugging and programming
    • STR9 debugging and programming
    • STM32 debugging and programming

    Note that if you own a RLink standard it is possible to upgrade to RLink-Pro. And Starter-kit (STR7xx-SK), (STR9xx-SK) or (STM32xx-SK) owners can have it at a preferential price.

RLink-Pro full In-Circuit Debugger & Programmer

Other versions of RLink are available delivered with the REva board as part of different starter-kits. In this case RLink is attached to the REva mother board and can be used (if you provide the correct adapter) in order to work as an RLink standard (RLink-std).

Note that the contents of the two box versions (RLink-std and RLink-Pro) are the same. The only difference concerns the limitation (or non-limitation) of RLink for the use with ARM microcontrollers.

Software:
The CD includes:
  • RIDE6 (Raisonance Integrated Development Environment) drives RLink and integrates the different 8051 tools
  • 8051 (µPSD) demo tools (C Compiler, Assembler, Linker, Simulator/Debugger) limited to 4kB for RIDE6
     
  • Ride7 (latest Raisonance Integrated Development Environment) drives RLink and has to be used with one of the software tools listed below.
  • RKit-ARM (STR7, STR9 & STM32) software tools (GNU C Compiler, GNU assembler, GNU Linker and Raisonance Simulator/Debugger)
  • RKit-STM8 software tools (C Compiler limited to 16KB, Assembler, Linker, Simulator/Debugger)
  • RFlasher: stand-alone programming included in Ride7 tool that drives RLink for ST7, STM8, STR7 and STR9 microcontrollers
