SINAMICS G120C is a compact converter for control cabinet mounting in IP20 degree of protection where the Control Unit (CU) and Power Module (PM) function units are combined in one device.

The compact mechanical design and the high power density allow these devices to be installed in machine control enclosures and control cabinets for maximum space utilization. The SINAMICS G120C compact converter can be butt-mounted directly, without derating at temperatures up to 40 °C (104 °F).

SINAMICS G120C can be integrated into the widest range of applications, either using the integrated digital and analog inputs or via the integrated fieldbus interface (available in USS, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, PROFINET / EtherNet/IP versions). Especially the product versions with integrated PROFIBUS/PROFINET interface make full integration into the Siemens TIA family possible, therefore allowing the advantages of the seamless TIA product family to be fully utilized. SINAMICS G120C devices are preset in the factory so that they can be immediay connected to PROFIBUS and/or PROFINET fieldbus systems without parameterization.

SINAMICS G120C is also equipped with the safety function STO (Safe Torque Off) as standard, which is used to safely stop drives. As a consequence, machine manufacturers can simply comply with current machinery directives with minimum associated costs.

SINAMICS G120C can control asynchronous (induction) motors in the power range from 0.37 kW up to 132 kW (0.5 hp to 200 hp). Reliable and efficient motor operation is achieved by using state-of-the-art IGBT technology combined with vector control. The extensive range of functions integrated in the SINAMICS G120C also offers a high degree of protection for the converter and motor.

Line-side components

Line reactors

Line reactors smooth the current drawn by the converter and thus reduce harmonic components in the line current. Through the reduction of the current harmonics, the thermal load on the power components in the rectifier and in the DC-link capacitors is reduced as well as the harmonic effects on the supply. The use of a line reactor increases the service life of the converter.

Recommended line-side power components

Standard fuses can be used for the SINAMICS G120C. These must be dimensioned to comply with local regulations. In this chapter, you will find recommended components such as fuses and circuit breakers in compliance with IEC and UL regulations.

DC link components

Braking resistors

Excess energy in the DC link is dissipated in the braking resistor. The braking resistors are designed for use with the SINAMICS G120C. This has an integrated braking chopper (electronic switch).

Output reactors

Output reactors reduce the rate of voltage rise (dv/dt) and the height of the current peaks, and enable longer motor cables to be connected.

Memory card

The parameter settings for an inverter can be stored on the SINAMICS SD memory card. When service is required, e.g. after the inverter has been replaced and the data have been downloaded from the memory card the drive system is immediay ready for use again. The associated memory card holder is integrated in the inverter.

PC inverter connection kit 2

For controlling and commissioning an inverter directly from a PC if the STARTER commissioning tool or SINAMICS Startdrive has been installed on the PC.

西门子S7-300 PLC在净环水处理自动控制系统中应用

　　1 前言

　　净环水处理自动化控制系统是连续热镀锌及彩涂工程的供水系统。对水处理进行自动化监测和实时控制，是提高水处理效率、降低能耗的关键。采用以PLC为核心的工艺过程自动监控系统，对所有泵、阀实现自动监控，对曝气设备、排水设备的运行进行编程控制。根据工艺可以实时控制冷却塔风机、水泵、电动阀等设备。使水的流量、温度满足工业用水要求，以达到自动控制水处理过程的目的。

　　2 系统描述

　　本系统有4个控制站：净环泵站、镀锌炉子冷却回水提升泵站、彩板冷却回水提升泵站和雨污水泵站。其中净环泵站是2#站，镀锌炉子冷却回水提升泵站是3#站，彩板冷却回水提升泵站是4#站，雨污水泵站是5#站。其系统工艺流程图如图1所示。

　　3控制系统硬件组成

　　系统总体结构如图2所示，主要部分及其功能分述如下。

　　(1)PLC控制系统

　　根据装置工作需要，选用性价比较高的西门子公司的S7-300系列可编程控制器来构建控制系统。净环泵站PLC和雨污水泵站PLC中 CPU采用CPU 315-2DP，并且净环泵站PLC带有两个扩展机架，彩板冷却回水提升泵站PLC和炉子冷却回水提升泵站PLC中CPU采用CPU 313C-2DP。该四套系统之间的通讯方式采用Profibus-DP网连接。PLC系统硬件配置图如图3所示。

　　采用交流220V电源供电，主模块有16点数字量输入，用于检测控制命令和开关状态;16点数字量输出，用于各操作开关的控制、指示灯的状态显示;模拟量输入，将模拟测量信号转变为相应的数字量已被计算机所接收。净环泵站带有14个信号处理模块(7个DI、4个DO、3个AI)，扩展模块选用IM360 和IM361，彩板冷却回水提升泵站有4个信号处理模块(3个DI、1个DO)，炉子冷却回水提升泵站有4个信号处理模块(3个DI、1个DO)，雨污水泵站有7个信号处理模块(3个DI、2个DO、2个AI)。

　　(2)监控站

　　监控站选用西门子工业控制计算机和高性能工业监控软件WinCC(视窗控制中心)，完成整个系统的工艺流程、设备运行状态的显示和监控、实现曲线的显示、历史数据的保存、权限管理、操作查询、报警、打印等功能。其中一个上位机用以监控净环水泵站、镀锌炉子冷却回水提升泵站和彩板冷却回水提升泵站的生产工艺过程，另一个用来监控雨污水泵站的生产，同时两台上位机互为备用，提高系统的可靠性。

　(3)仪表系统

　　仪表系统由变送器、配电器、隔离器、调节器和执行器等构成，主要完成流量、压力信号的获取和阀门的控制执行，调节器作为计算机系统的备用控制手段，当计算机出现故障时，可以变成手动方式控制。

　　4 自动化软件设计

　　净环水处理自动化控制系统的软件包括上位机、下位机设计两部分。

　　4.1上位机软件设计

　　为保证工业现场的稳定，上位机采用Windows2000操作系统，编程平台为Win CC5.1。上位机实现的功能如下：数字显示流量、压力、温度、液位，显示各设备的启动、停止、运行、故障等状态;启动时，设备按钮为绿色，正常时为红色，故障时画面颜色闪烁，同时并用文本方式显示故障类型，方便故障的排除;能记录250条故障情况(故障时刻、故障类型等)，方便地进行事故分析，通过报表编辑器，实现定期或随机的相关信息打印输出。HMI监控画面如图4所示。

　　4.2下位机软件设计

　　下位机采用SIEMENS 公司开发的STEP 7 5.2软件对PLC进行编程和对PLC设备配置进行维护。编制的软件主要包括信号获取处理、信号控制、故障模块的设计、与上位机通讯的DB块的设计。

　　STEP提供了具有生成标准导出功能块库或FC库能力的编程功能,能够在应用程序内一再调用,在本系统中,由于检测点多，这种功能得到了广泛应用。FC功能块的使用节约了大量的程序空间和故障查询时间。降低了程序编写的复杂程度，使程序结构更条理清晰。事实证明，FC功能块的使用提高了程序的运行速度并且更加方便了软件的移植性和可扩展性。

　　5 系统实现功能

　　4个泵站分别采用现场、集中两种操作方式。在集中操作中，又分为手动和自动两种操作方式。

　　镀锌炉子冷却回水提升泵站和彩板冷却回水提升泵站净环泵站有3台水泵和2台冷却塔。其中3台泵2用1备，系统需要供水量少时，开1台泵向管网充压，供水量大时，开2台泵同时向管网充压。

　　彩板冷却回水提升泵站和镀锌炉子冷却回水提升泵站各有2台水泵。这两个泵站采用相同的控制方式。其中1#泵和2# 泵互为备用。工作泵与备用泵自动投入。彩板冷却集水池和炉子冷却集水池内分别设有液位监测装置，用来监测吸水池内水位高度。1#和2#泵控制方式：当水位h>2.20m时，电机启动，把水抽走;当水位h<2.20m时,电机堵转时，热继电器动作，跳闸以保护电机。

　　雨污水泵站是用来排放雨水、工业污水。它的水泵分为A组、B组、C组。其中A泵组有2台水泵，仅在雨季运行。B泵组有2台水泵，平时一台为工作泵，另一台为备用泵，当水位升至-2.15m时，自动打开另一台泵，两台泵同时工作。C泵组有1台水泵，平时不工作，当B泵组两台水泵同时工作，10分钟内水位降小于0.5m时，手动投入C泵组水泵，三台小泵同时运行。当液位降至-5.20m时，B泵组、C泵组三台电机，自动停止运行。
