SINAMICS G120C is a compact converter for control cabinet mounting in IP20 degree of protection where the Control Unit (CU) and Power Module (PM) function units are combined in one device.
The compact mechanical design and the high power density allow these devices to be installed in machine control enclosures and control cabinets for maximum space utilization. The SINAMICS G120C compact converter can be butt-mounted directly, without derating at temperatures up to 40 °C (104 °F).

SINAMICS G120C can be integrated into the widest range of applications, either using the integrated digital and analog inputs or via the integrated fieldbus interface (available in USS, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, PROFINET / EtherNet/IP versions). Especially the product versions with integrated PROFIBUS/PROFINET interface make full integration into the Siemens TIA family possible, therefore allowing the advantages of the seamless TIA product family to be fully utilized. SINAMICS G120C devices are preset in the factory so that they can be immediay connected to PROFIBUS and/or PROFINET fieldbus systems without parameterization.
SINAMICS G120C is also equipped with the safety function STO (Safe Torque Off) as standard, which is used to safely stop drives. As a consequence, machine manufacturers can simply comply with current machinery directives with minimum associated costs.
SINAMICS G120C can control asynchronous (induction) motors in the power range from 0.37 kW up to 132 kW (0.5 hp to 200 hp). Reliable and efficient motor operation is achieved by using state-of-the-art IGBT technology combined with vector control. The extensive range of functions integrated in the SINAMICS G120C also offers a high degree of protection for the converter and motor.
Line-side components
Line reactors
Line reactors smooth the current drawn by the converter and thus reduce harmonic components in the line current. Through the reduction of the current harmonics, the thermal load on the power components in the rectifier and in the DC-link capacitors is reduced as well as the harmonic effects on the supply. The use of a line reactor increases the service life of the converter.
Recommended line-side power components
Standard fuses can be used for the SINAMICS G120C. These must be dimensioned to comply with local regulations. In this chapter, you will find recommended components such as fuses and circuit breakers in compliance with IEC and UL regulations.
DC link components
Braking resistors
Excess energy in the DC link is dissipated in the braking resistor. The braking resistors are designed for use with the SINAMICS G120C. This has an integrated braking chopper (electronic switch).

PLC在绞吸式挖泥船监控系统改造中应用
1 引言
大型挖泥船的重要组成部分挖泥船监控系统，其具有作业流程复杂、控制设备多等特点。工作环境恶劣，潮气、粉尘、高温、盐雾、振动等干扰相对严重。
可编程控制器(plc)相对于传统的继电器控制方式，能够适应恶劣的工业环境，可靠性较高;硬件系统可采用模块化结构，易于扩展，具有网络通讯功能;控制功能大部分由软件实现，程序编制容易、修改方便。
2 系统简介
2.1 原系统构成
海狸4602号是一艘全液压驱动、非自航的大型挖泥工程船舶。船上布置有液压工作机械20台，其中绞刀系统有液压马达6台;绞刀架起落系统有液压油马达2 台，紧定油缸1只;横移系统有液压油马达4台抛锚系统有液压油马达2只;定位桩油缸2只;甲板吊系统有液压油马达2台;绞盘液压油马达1只。由一台卡特柴 油机驱动的6台vickers双联叶片泵构成该船的液压动力泵站，另有一台小型的应急柴油机驱动1台应急油泵构成应急泵站。所有液压工作机械均采用电磁阀 控制，由传统的继电器控制系统进行控制。
此外，海狸4602号的动力部分由5台大型柴油机组成，其中1台1140马力的辅机除了驱动全船的液压泵站外，还驱动1台40kw的发电机进行对全船的供 电。另外4台柴油机(4*863马力)分为2组，由2台相同的柴油机构成串联机组驱动泥浆泵。机组和泥浆泵中间经过一泥泵齿轮箱减速驱动。为保证柴油机和泥泵齿轮箱的安全运行。该船分别在机舱和操纵室内配置有柴油机冷却水位、冷却水温、柴油机润滑油压力、润滑油温度、齿轮箱润滑油压力、冷却水温度的报警系 统以及紧急停车系统。这2套系统也由传统的继电器控制系统进行控制。
该船的控制系统经过20多年的使用，部分元器件已经老化，工作的稳定性差。引入plc对挖泥船的监控系统进行改造有必要提上议事日程。
2.2 控制系统构成
结合海狸4602好挖泥船原有的设备状况，构建plc监控网络对原控制系统进行改造，利用上位机监视全船设备的运行状态，并根据实际的工况条件，在挖泥过 程中采用模糊控制算法，对绞刀速度、绞刀下放深度、横移速度、进桩距离等重要参数进行*控制，实现该船的自动挖泥。
改造后的挖泥船控制系统具有 自动和手动2种控制方式，并实现通过上位机对全船设备的运行进行实时监测显示、故障报警和紧急停车的功能。

图1中controller link为现场控制网络，其通讯波特率可达2mbps，通讯距离可达1km，是目前pc与plc、plc与plc之间通讯速率zui快的通讯系统, clk单元通过端子板、clk支持卡通过插件与双绞线连接，接线非常方便。clk单元上内置了终端电阻，通过简单的开关设置就可以配备网络两端点所需的终端电阻。在数据链接上，controller link控制网络除使用lr区外，还可以使用ir、cio、dm和扩展dm区进行链接，每台plc发送的字数可达1k，发送和接收的总字数可达8k，具有 大容量数据链接的功能。但由于其通讯模块价格较高，以此构成的系统成本高。考虑本文的篇幅，暂时不介绍基于controller link总线网络的远程实时组态监控系统。
整个监控系统由2台plc组成现场控制网络，#1plc负责对液压工作机械控制，它由基本控制单元和6块开关量i/o模块和1块a/d模块组成，完成自动挖泥过程以及对液压系统工作负荷的测量。#2plc则由5块开关量i/o模块和2块a/d模块组成。主要用于动力部分和各类辅助机械运行参数的分析处理以及全船的故障报警。
2.3 控制系统工作原理
(1) 基本逻辑控制过程。
plc逻辑控制流程见图2所示。plc是按照重复扫描的方式执行它的操作，它使plc中的用户程序逐行被解读，并按照操作信号发出的控制命令，实现对液压系统工作过程的控制。
(2) 系统硬件设计
a) 2台plc均采用omron c200型plc。
cpu单元、输入、输出单元均使用24vdc电源。继电器输出单元c200h-oc225的zui大通断能力:2a，24v.在实船控制系统中，出于安全可靠 方面的考虑，不用plc的i/o模块直接驱动负载，而是在plc的输出端设置插件式的半导体负荷驱动板。该驱动板具有无触点开关的优点，而且本身设置有短路保护环节，带有指示灯熔断器，便于及时维护。
b) 操作台和控制柜的布置仍然尊重旧有的工作习惯，基本按照原有的位置进行布置。#1plc放在驾驶室操作台内，#2plc放在机舱的报警箱内，以减少输入信 号到plc输入单元的线缆长度。驾驶室操作台实现挖泥操作的所有动作，包括自动挖泥和对绞刀、横移、桥架、抛锚、定位桩的单独控制。同时具有对机舱和舱面设备的远程控制功能.机舱控制柜主要负责舱内设备的安全报警，包括5台柴油机、液压系统以及辅助设备的运行参数的监控。
c) 系统监测与状态显示部分除了沿用过去直观的指针式真空、压力表之外。还在液压系统中设置18个压力传感器，既可以通过数字式仪表对液压系统和柴油机润滑系 统的工作压力进行测量监视。也可以采集绞刀、横移、桥架、抛锚、定位桩等装置的工作负荷，将模拟量送plc的a/d模块进行转换，经过数值计算和信号处理 之后，一部分作为开关量信号输出用作液压装置的保护。另外一部分可以上传*位机，显示挖泥工作状态。
d) plc设备的供电。plc允许供电电源电压的变化幅度为-15%~+10%v，瞬时电源故障时间应不大于10ms。在实际工作中对plc采取两路供电，提高供电的可靠性。一路由交流220v经稳压电源送plc电源模块，另外一路作为应急供电措施，用24v蓄电池组作电源，保证应急状态下控制系统能够操作。
(3) 系统软件设计
a) 自动挖泥程序设计
绞吸式挖泥船的的挖泥过程是指绞刀的垂向及水平给量与横移速度所形成的合适的切削过程。为此需要控制绞刀在三维空间的准确位置和绞刀的转速。从而要求具有能使垂向、水平给量相当稳定，绞刀切削泥土正常并相应前移的四种自动控制功能。即桥架绞车控制，绞刀转速控制、横移绞车控制、定位桩前移控制。
考虑到海狸4602号挖泥船现有设备的局限性，比如定位桩部分不是采用的定位桩台车装置。因此在程序设计过程中，在尽可能提高挖泥作业自动化水平，简化操作的同时，也充分考虑到系统所应具备的灵活性，以适应复杂多变的施工环境。特别是在遭遇风浪、潮汐、塌方、水下障碍物等意外情况时，仍然离不开人工操作。 另外，为了尽量避免误操作给设备运行带来的损坏，在程序设计中加了更多安全联锁保护环节。比如定位桩的下落操作中，为防止定位桩在下落过程中突然提桩，导致定位桩巨大的惯量冲击破坏液压缸装置，在程序中通过设置延时程序取代以往的在定位桩系统的液控单向阀中加装节流螺钉的做法。再比如对横移的启动和停止， 也通过程序设置为加减速模式，防止人工操作过程中高速启动和停止对液压系统和缆绳的冲击以及对船体稳定性的影响。此外所有液压系统的过载保护也在程序中进行互锁，使液压系统在电气和机械上具有双重保护。
整个系统可以在手动工作和自动控制工作方式下操作。上述工作方式的转换由“自动/手动”转换开关来实现。手动方式下，可以对绞刀、横移、桥架、定位桩、抛 锚等系统进行单独操作，即在特殊情况下，可以*由人工进行挖泥操作。
自动方式下，将挖泥操作分为三大块。分别为绞刀自动、横移自动、进桩自动。绞刀自动部分负责将绞刀头调到预定挖泥模式的起始点，实现对绞刀垂直给量的位置控制和绞刀切削厚度控制。横移自动部分主要是根据挖泥过程中的状态参数的反馈量，对横移速度进行控制，保证各种驱动装置不超过负荷，泥浆正常稳定地输送。 进桩自动部分则是根据开挖泥层的土质状况，控制绞刀合适的水平进给量。自动挖泥的程序流程见图3。
b) 报警监测程序设计
在挖泥作业过程中，保证设备的安全及正常运转是整个工程成败的基础。#2plc完成对机舱设备、液压系统、泥泵系统运行参数的采集。实现柴油机润滑油的油压、油温、冷却水水位、水温的极限报警和柴油机飞车状态下的停车保护和紧急停车保护。实现齿轮箱润滑油油压、油温的极限报警和紧急脱泵保护。实现液压系统液压油位过低和油温过高报警。实现泥泵堵死、吸泥口堵死报警和管道内泥浆浓度过高，流速低于临界流速的堵管报警和泥浆浓度过低的低效率报警。
