产品特点 ：

本机适用于多种几何形状的容器，有机械手，出盖速度快，无反盖。供盖系统和机械手同步工作。当瓶盖旋紧，瓶和盖相对静止，离合器分离，使瓶、盖均不受损伤。本机根据不同的瓶盖，分刮盖和抓盖两种形式上盖。

1 根据客户的特征和旋盖速度要求设计，配合自动生产线使用。  
2 整机由三部分组成：自动理盖、自动落盖、自动旋盖。 
3 PLC控制系统。

4 可根据要求设计旋盖头的数量。

QDX Automatic capping machine  

Introduction ： 

This machine is suitable for many kinds of the geometry of the container, a mechanical hand, to cover speed, no reverse cover. Covered for the manipulator system synchronization. When the cap is screwed down, the bottle cover relatively static, clutch, so that the bottle, cover are not subject to damage. The machine according to different bottle cover, cut and cover grabbing two forms the upper cover.
