　　近日，工业和信息化部等七部门发布《关于加快推动制造业绿色化发展的指导意见》，其中提到：前瞻布局绿色低碳领域未来产业。聚焦“双碳”目标下能源革命和产业变革需求，谋划布局氢能、储能、生物制造、碳捕集利用与封存(CCUS)等未来能源和未来制造产业发展。围绕石化化工、钢铁、交通、储能、发电等领域用氢需求，构建氢能制、储、输、用等全产业链技术装备体系，提高氢能技术经济性和产业链完备性。
 

　　Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and seven other departments issued the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Green Development of Manufacturing Industry, which mentioned: forward-looking layout of future industries in the green and low-carbon field. Focusing on the needs of energy revolution and industrial transformation under the "dual carbon" goal, we plan to layout future energy and manufacturing industries such as hydrogen energy, energy storage, biological manufacturing, carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS).Build a comprehensive industrial chain technology and equipment system for hydrogen production, storage, transmission, and utilization, focusing on the demand for hydrogen in the fields of petrochemicals, steel, transportation, energy storage, and power generation, to improve the economic efficiency and completeness of hydrogen energy technology and industrial chain.
 

　　早在2022年，国家发展改革委、国家能源局发布了《氢能产业发展中长期规划(2021-2035年)》，就部署了推动氢能产业高质量发展的重要举措。氢能作为构建清洁低碳、安全高效能源体系的重要抓手在全球范围内的关注度稳步提升。截至去年底，全球已有包括中国在内的50余个国家和地区发布国家级氢能发展战略。
