Julight 公司的激光测振仪是基于新颖的自混频干涉结构而成的,可以对粗糙发散的表面(比如未抛光的金属,塑料,橡皮,纸质,纤维等)进行极易而精确的非接触振动测量。激光测振仪提供模拟的电信号输出,这些电信号就是在某一频率的目标位移的复制品( 1mv/um响应率,对应 1mm/V)。频率范围从DC到50KHZ,甚至到10MHZ ,zui小的可测位移为0.4nm (1HZ噪声宽带),zui大的振动幅值(峰峰值)可以大于20mm,zui大的速率可以使1 m/s .

Julight公司的激光测振仪的zui显著的特点就是具有非常小的光学头:

-标准光学头,带斑点追踪功能(大小:105mm x 60mm x 40mm),有定焦和自动对焦两个版本。

-可选的超小的光学头,不带斑点追踪和自动对焦功能(大小:长50 mm,直径 15mm)

处理干涉信号的简单二有效的电子系统可以做得和精致,一台 VSM400(或 VSM4000)仪器能够支持4个光学头(也就是说4个独立的光学通道),因此,这样的话,就可以进行同时测量不同点的振动,而无需使用扫描系统来完成。
