 DCS的概念         
  集散控制系统（Distributed Control System）亦称分布式控制系统（简称DCS），是结合多种*技术而形成的，对生产过程进行集中监测、操作、管理和分散控制的一种控制技术，是随着现代大型工业生产自动化的不断发展和过程控制要求的日益复杂应运而生的一种综合控制系统，是完成过程控制、过程管理的现代化设备。   幻灯片3           国外称集散控制系统是4C 技术的产物。这4C 就是指控制技术（Control）、计算机技术（Computer）、通信技术（Communication）、和CRT（Cathode Ray Tube）技术。DCS既不同于分散的仪表控制，又不同于集中式计算机控制系统，是4C 技术相互渗透发展而产生的 。
 其特点是采用模块化、标准化设计，数据通信向标准化迁移，板级模块化，单元结 构化，使之具有更强适应性和可扩充性；新开发的多功能过程控制站、增强型操作站采用了16位CPU及高分辨率CRT技术；通信系统已采用局域网络（从主从式的星形变为总线网络或环网通信），使系统通信范围扩大，同时数据传输速率也大大提高；控制功能更加完善，它能实现过程控制、数据采集、顺序控制和批量控制功能。  其基本结构由六部分组成，即局域网络、多功能现场控制站、增强型操作站、主计算机、网络连接器和系统管理站等。
