YKJ型电缆式浮球液位控制器，是利用浮球内藏干簧管发讯的液位开关，因外部无任何可动机构，特别适合于含有固体、半固体状漂浮物的液体，粘稠状液体：如下水道处理用水，工业废水池及其他液体、槽液位自动报警和控制。当液位到达给定位置时，控制器迅速翻转发出信号，动作范围可在现场任意调节。

二、工作原理

          YKJ型电缆式浮球液位控制器基本部件由浮球、悬索、重锤、导线等组成，干簧管发讯组件全部内藏在密封的浮球内。

YKJ型电缆式浮球液位控制器利用自身的外引电缆将其悬挂在的高度，当液面到到达装设位置时，球体在原地旋转180°，使浮球内开关动作，从而控制线路或发出报警信号。

四、安装方式和接线

YKJ使用前先检查浮球表面是否有损坏情况，再用万用表检查控制器的输出触点通断情况，当浮球正置时，端子1、2断开，2、3接通；当浮球倒置时，端子1、2接通，2、3断开。

YKJ安装时，移动夹持具，使球体到达设定的液位位置，锁紧夹持具，然后将浮球投入液体中，固定好电缆线（如下图所示）。

YKJ每个浮球信号输出为一组常开接点和常闭接点，用户按盒内接线图接线。

干簧管输出触电尽可能通过中间继电器去控制负载，以延长使用寿命。

五、注意事项

         请将电缆线直接拉到控制箱，避免                      

中间有接头；若有接头时，不可将电                 

缆接头浸入水中！

Four, installation and wiring

FLA-3 before use to check whether there is damage tothe floating ball surface, output contact with a multimeter to check the controller of on-off state, when the floating ball is arranged, terminals 1, 2, 2, 3 disconnected andconnected; when the floating ball is placed upside down,terminals 1, 2 2, 3 connected, disconnected.

FLA-3 installation,  holder, the sphere to the levelset position, the lock holder, and then the floating ball intothe liquid, fixed cable (as shown below).

The FLA-3 of each float signal output to a group ofnormally open contact and a normally closed contact, the user presses the box wiring wiring diagram.

The dry reed pipe the output shock as far as possible through the intermediate relay to control the load, to extend the service life.

ZJX-2/-3型剪断销信号装置

一、用途

    ZJX-2/-3型剪断销信号装置用在保护线路中，作为反应水轮机剪断销折断时的信号元件。

二、技术要求

1、 装置额定电压：交流220V、50HZ   

直流DC100~260V

2、 点断开容量：直流l00V、0.2A、l0W；

交流220V、0.2A、20W

3、电压不超过85％额定电压。(在85％额定电压下，断开任一组剪断销时，应保证两个干簧继电器可靠动作。)

4、在额定电压下，断开一组或两组剪断销时，两个继电器应同时动作，相应指示灯亮

5、装置所有电路对非带电金属部分，在电气上无的各电路之间的绝缘强度，应耐压交流50Hz、2000V、历时1min，无击穿和闪烁现象

6、电气上无的各电路之间，在温度为40℃，相对湿度为85％时，绝缘电阻不小于500MΩ

7、在额定电压下，*工作，周围环境温度为40℃,装置各部分的容许温升不超过60℃

8、在额定电压下，装置的功率消耗不大于7W
