新型环保造纸机，采用导热油作为导热介质，全新设计烘缸内的结构，使烘缸热量的散发和均匀度，*模拟蒸汽加热的效果。适用卫生纸，书写纸，包装纸等各类纸张的生产。已在陕西科技大学，成都特种纸造纸厂，湖南迷信纸造纸厂应用。

特点：  1、不使用锅炉。

2、燃料使用种类广泛，可使用煤炭，天然                 气，电力，燃油废木材等

3、模拟蒸汽加热效果，避免直接加热引起的纸张变形。

4、操作简单，使用电加热和天然气加热时，可实现自动化工作。无需人员干预。

2, a wide range of fuel use, can use coal, natural gas, electricity, fuel waste wood, etc.

3, simulate the effect of steam heating, to avoid direct heating caused by paper deformation.

导热油 Thermal conductive oil。

导热油具有抗热裂化和化学氧化的性能，传热效率好，散热快，热稳定性很好。导热油作为工业油传热介质具有以下特点：在几乎常压的条件下，可以获得很高的操作温度。即可以大大降低高温加热系统的操作压力和安全要求，提高了系统和设备的可靠性；可以在更宽的温度范围内满足不同温度加热、冷却的工艺需求，或在同一个系统中用同一种导热油同时实现高温加热和低温冷却的工艺要求。即可以降低系统和操作的复杂性；省略了水处理系统和设备，提高了系统热效率，减少了设备和管线的维护工作量。即可以减少加热系统的初投资和操作费用；在事故原因引起系统泄漏的情况下，导热油与明火相遇时有可能发生燃烧，这是导热油系统与水蒸汽系统相比所存在的问题。但在不发生泄漏的条件下，由于导热油系统在低压条件下工作，故其操作安全性要高于水和蒸汽系统。导热油与另一类高温传热介质熔盐相比，在操作温度为400℃以上时，熔盐较导热油在传热介质的价格及使用寿命方面具有的优势，但在其它方面均处于明显劣势，尤其是在系统操作的便捷性方面，化学性质较稳定，不像轻质油那么容易着火燃烧

Heat transfer oil has the properties of anti cracking and chemical oxidation, good heat transfer efficiency, fast heat dissipation and good thermal stability. As the heat transfer medium of industrial oil, heat transfer oil has the following characteristics: under the condition of almost normal pressure, high operating temperature can be obtained. That is to say, it can greatly reduce the operating pressure and safety requirements of the high-temperature heating system and improve the reliability of the system and equipment; it can meet the process requirements of heating and cooling at different temperatures in a wider temperature range, or it can realize the process requirements of high-temperature heating and low-temperature cooling with the same heat transfer oil in the same system at the same time. It can reduce the complexity of the system and operation, omit the water treatment system and equipment, improve the thermal efficiency of the system, and reduce the maintenance workload of the equipment and pipeline. That is to say, it can reduce the initial investment and operation cost of the heating system; in the case of system leakage caused by accident, when the heat-transfer oil meets the open fire, it is likely to burn, which is the problem existing in the heat-transfer oil system compared with the water steam system. However, under the condition of no leakage, the operation safety of heat transfer oil system is higher than that of water and steam system because it works under low pressure. Compared with the molten salt of another kind of high-temperature heat transfer medium, when the operating temperature is above 400 ℃, the molten salt has absolute advantages over the heat transfer medium in terms of the price and service life of the heat transfer medium, but it is obviously inferior in other aspects, especially in terms of the convenience of system operation, the chemical property of the heat transfer oil is relatively stable, and it is not easy to ignite and burn like light oil
