the ad-cif50-com is a communication interface that works as a master on the canopen network, and exchanges the data independently between the devices on the bus and the internal processed images in the dual-port memory. it also allows applications to access the data directly. the configuration is carried out with the aid of the system configurator sycon? or directly from the application program. it is stored in the device and is available immediay at start time. the slave devices are configured by the master via the canopen network via sdo. with it, only the relevant data in the processed images are passed to or taken from the application. at runtime, the application has the possibility to send sdo egrams to the node.
