ZR-IA-KVPVP本安型信号控制电缆适用于化工和石油化学工业中等有爆炸性环境的自动化控制系统，监控回路及保护线路等各种本安电路中作为微弱信号的传输用线；该产品除具有分布参数小的特点外，还采用了加强屏蔽层，使其具有优良的抗外界电磁场干扰，抗射频干扰等性能。

1、本产品可采用铜/铝复合膜绕包屏蔽，型号中的P是铜复合膜以P2表示，是铝复合膜以P3表示；
The cable can use copper/aluminum compound film wrapping shielding. P2 stands for copper compound film while P3 for aluminum compound film in cable type.
2、可根据需要生产钢带铠装本安型信号控制电缆，需在型号右下角加注代号“22”，如IA-KYPVP22;
Intrinsic safety type signal control cable with steel tape armoring can be produced according to customer’s requirements. No. “22” shall be added to the lower right corner of type, eg. IA-KYPVP22
3、如需*阻燃，应在IA之前注明ZRA。如ZRA-IA-KYPVP；
ZRA shall be added before “IA” if “A” degree flame resistance is needed. Eg. ZRA-IA-KYPVP
4、如需耐温105℃时应在规格前注明105；耐70℃的可省略；
No. 105 shall be stated in the specification suppose 105℃ temperature resistance is needed. But 70℃ temperature resistance can be omitted.
5、生产范围1-24对。
例：铜芯R类结构，聚乙烯绝缘，二线组聚氯乙烯护套，有分屏蔽和总屏蔽10对1.0mm2表示为：
Producing range 1-24 pairs.
Eg. IA-KYPVPR-10*2*1.0mm2 stands for R structure with copper core, PE insulation, two-wire group PVC sheath, individual and general shielding, 10 pairs, and 1.0mm2 cross section of conductor.
