工作原理 胶带/螺旋给料机把经过的物料，通过称重秤架进行检测重量，以确定胶带上的物料重量；装在尾部的数字式测速传感器，连续测量给料机的运行速度；速度信号与重量信号一起送入给料机控制器，控制器中的微处理器进行处理，产生并显示累计/瞬时流量。该流量与设定流量进行比较，由控制仪表输出信号控制变频器，从而实现定量给料的要求。
The working principle
Rubber belt/ screw feeder detects and weighs the passing material by scale support so as to determine the weight of the material on rubber belt. The digital speed measurement sensor installed at the rear will continuously measure the running speed of the screw feeder. The speed signal and weight signal are sent to the feeder controller and treated by the microcomputer inside the controller, and then the accumulative and instantaneous flow rate are produced and displayed. 构造特点
u 皮带给料机采用工字形梁作为主支撑架，采用槽钢作为支腿，整体度高、稳定性好。主支撑架两侧设置皮带防跑偏开关，以防皮带跑偏
u 为防止跑偏，从动滚筒采用胶面人字形，具有纠偏功能
u 从动滚筒设有螺旋涨紧装置
u *的裙边胶带，可防止物料向两侧溢出，同时避免物料在头部和尾部滚筒处累积，使称重达到*状态。
u 进料口装有料流整形料门，以调节料层厚度
u 出料口处皮带下部设有刮板，以清除皮带上的附着物，提高称量精度
Construction features
The belt feeder adopts H shape beam as the main support and channel steel as the support legs, which is with high rate of integration and stability.
