中心传动球磨机简介
球磨机是选矿厂的关键设备，其耗电一般占全厂总电耗的40%以上。因此新型高效节能球磨机的研制工作日益受到重视。本厂近年来与中南工业大学等单位合作，已开发研制出适宜于我国中小型选矿厂使用的系列新型节能中心传动球磨机，并获得五项国家，在1993年全国星火计划成果博览会上获金奖。投放市场多年来受到用户的*好评。
一．工作原理
中心传动球磨机所有部件均位于同一轴或同一平行轴线上，依次安装着电动机，液力偶合器，减速器，排料部，主轴承及筒体等，以中心传动取代常规磨机大小齿轮周边传动。当电动机在空载下起动达额定转速后的瞬间，液力偶合器内的工作油通过电动机的动能传递扭矩，带动减速器和磨机筒体一起转动。使磨机进入工作状态。
二。结构特点
1：采用液力耦合器改善磨机起动性能
中心传动球磨机采用液力耦合器来实现磨机的分阶段起动。偶合器中与电动机联结的泵轮从电动机获得能量传递给工作油，当电动机空载起动后转速达到一定值时，工作油高速冲击与负载联结的涡轮，从而驱动负载；当工作油降低能量后，又回到泵轮待重新吸收能量，这样往复循环，实现泵轮（主动）与涡轮（从动）之间的能量传递。因泵轮与涡轮之间只通过工作油实现上述柔性，所以能隔离扭振和冲击。使负载起动平稳。偶合器上还装有易熔塞，磨机因过载等故障使工作油温度升高。易熔塞即熔化，从而保护了偶合器和磨机。
球磨机具有低速，重载，起动力矩大等特点，但工作正常时，其负荷基本上稳定。故直接起动的球磨机，其装机功率远比实际运转工率高，造成能源浪费。中心传动球磨机采用液力耦合器，达到了节能的目的。
2：采用硬齿面齿轮减速器传动
老式磨机采用单级圆柱齿轮减速器和大小齿轮传递动力的筒体周边传动，为开式传动。磨矿车间粉尘多，杂质易进入齿轮间隙，加之润滑不便易漏油，啮合条件差，又有杂质阻力，使之传动效率低，仅为93%，且噪声大，单级圆柱齿轮减速器传动效率也仅为94%，两者总效率为88.7%。中心传动球磨机采用齿轮减速器，传动比大，结构紧凑，运行平稳，噪声小，便于维护，传动效率可达96%，比老式磨机传动效率提高了7.3%，节能效果好。齿轮减速器进出轴呈同一轴线或同一轴平行线上，所以新型磨机为中心传动。
3：主轴承采用圆柱滚子轴承
磨机是满负荷起动的重型设备，要求其主轴承具有较大的承载能力。老式磨机中空轴承用巴氏合金轴瓦，为稀油润滑。但此种轴瓦和润滑方式有下列不足：
（1）*，滑动摩擦大于滚动摩擦，巴氏合金滑动轴瓦摩擦阻力大，尤其在磨机起动时静阻力矩大，瓦面的磨损也大：
（2）启动的瞬间，在磨机尚未达到形成润滑油膜的临界转速之前，由于主轴承尚处于不*润滑状态，造成磨机起动扭矩成倍增加，启动时间亦较长，对电网冲击和影响很大。
（3）磨机运转时，稀油润滑系统能耗较高：
（4）由于磨机起动时主轴承处于不良润滑状态，对轴瓦的刮瓦等加工精度要求高，否则易产生高温而烧瓦，特别是新轴承。
中心传动球磨机用大型双列调心滚柱轴承取代巴氏合金润滑轴承，从而解决了上叙问题。轴承使用寿命长，密封性好，拆卸清洗方便，并配置有手动干油站定时加油，轴承处于良好润滑状态，比之滑动轴承的稀油润滑系统简便可靠。由于轴承的选型是从工艺角度来选择的大型轴承，其承载能力远高于磨机满负荷时的负荷，因此，轴承的使用寿命在正常情况下要高于磨机的使用寿命。
中心传动球磨机由于采用圆柱滚子轴承，减少了摩擦阻力和静阻力矩，加上使用了液力偶合器和齿轮加速器，使配用电动机功率较常规磨机减少了10.7%--40.5%，节能*。
从投放市场使用情况来看，与周边传动磨机相比，仅节能一项，2-3年内即可收回磨机的投入费用。

二。结构特点
