美国Bio-rad伯乐Sub-Cell® Model 96 Cell水平电泳仪
Sub-Cell® 96 型槽电泳槽专为多样品/高通量分析而开发。 槽和分析梳的设计基于用于从微孔板转印样品的多通道吸管的固定间距。 使用 51 孔分析梳，可以连续运行 48 个核酸样本外加 3 个 DNA 规格标准品。 如果使用两个梳，则一个微孔板中的所有 96 个样本可以同时在一块凝胶中进行电泳。 较短的凝胶长度（10 和 15 cm）和 26 孔梳还允许将 Sub-Cell Model 96 槽用作分子生物学实验室的常规仪器。 Sub-Cell 96 型电泳槽包含缓冲液再循环端口，用于需要高压或扩展运行的应用，从而消除了由温度或 pH 缓冲液梯度引起的样品迁移问题。
所有 Sub-Cell 96 型电泳槽都包括一个缓冲液槽、一个带电缆的安全盖、一个水准气泡和多个梳（26 孔和 51 孔）。 还提供了包含其他附件的系统配置。
