液压打包机使用说明
安装步骤
1、本机必须平稳放在混凝土上，基础视当地情况决定。
2、检查油箱底部放油口是否已关闭，确定关闭后再打开油箱顶部加油口密封盖。
注入约60KG68#液压油，液压油排号视当地气温及使用标准决定。[注！如果机型在60T以上，新机时必须分两次注油，*次注入液压油高度至油尺顶部（蓝色界线）。待压板下压至底部再加注液压油至油尺底部（红色界线）详细见操作说明4]
3、安装好本机电源线,电压及频率视当地电源决定，（注！电机和电器配件的电压及频率已按客户订购机器时的要求配置安装好）常规采用三相四线制，其中三条带电源线分别接入电相内相应的三个接线位，（图7左）另一条为接地防漏电保护线，应紧接机体外露金属表面，以防电器漏电伤人。
操作方法：
1、通入电源：把电箱内空气开关（本机总开关）合上，先检查三相电源电压是否正常，（用仪表或探电笔测试）关闭电相门，查看电相门板表面红色电源指示灯是否亮起。
2、启动电机：把手动换向阀手柄（付图3）往下推至zui底位（机体附有操作图标），然后把启动按钮NO按下（图5右下），（注：如装有急停开关机型的请把急停开关按箭头方向右旋，急停开关弹出即可），（图5右上）如正常情况下电机启动。
3、 检看电机转向：（图8）电机启动后，手动换向阀手柄在zui下位时，如压板不能往下移。这时请必须立即查看电机旋转方向是否正确，电机旋转方向必须按箭头指示方向*。如果电机转向相反时则机器不能正常使用，这时应把手动换向阀手柄往上拉至中档位。然后按下停止按钮OFF（或急停开关按下）停止电机运转。切断输入总电源，把三相电源线其中二相线互换再接上即可。再按操作1和2重新操作，（注！必须确定电机转向是否与箭头指示方向*。）
4、注入油量的关健：当压板正常往下移时，压板在*次移动，移动速度是不均匀的。待压板移至底部或移动中突然停止又或移动中噪声加大，这种情况下应先把手动换向阀手柄往上拉至中位，把停止开关OFF或急停开关按下，停止电机运行。再仔细查看油箱储油量是否足够，如油量底于油箱高度一半时，证明油量不足，这时应再次往油箱注入适当液压油。这次加油量应加至油位尺zui底界线（红色界线）即可。

2, check the bottom of the fuel tank is closed, to determine the closure and then open the top of the tank filling port seal.
2. Need to check the oil box's bottom which outlet whether closed or not, after closed caus then open the top of oil box and add the sealing cover for the top orifice.

If the model is above 60T, the new machine must be filled with oil twice, the first time into the hydraulic oil height to the top of the dipstick (blue line). Immit around 60kgs No.68 # hydraulic oil, the optimal hydraulic oil shall be controlled or by the local city's no temperature & operation. 3. check the motor's rotary direction: (with picture 8) after the motor started, when the manual changing direction valve handle which location is the lowest, if the compressing plate can not remove down, then must check the motor's rotary side Immediay, the rotary direction of motor must same as the arrowhead's direction. If the motor's rotary direction is reverse then the machine can not run normally, then shall remove the manual changing valve handle up to the middle location, and impress the stopping switch OFF ( Or damage the emergency shutdown switch to to running running. Also turn off the electric power, and change the 2 phase lines of 3 phase lines then connect them again. And according to the Methods of operations 1. & (Remark: must sure the motor's rotary direction any same as the arrowhead's direction.)
