真空锅炉性能特点: 
※ 高效节能:采用高效韩国真空热水锅炉技术,锅炉在真空状态下运行,沸点低,汽化潜热(凝结潜热)换热,有效地提高了热效率,换热性能好,本体三回程湿背式设计,有效的提高辐射和对流换热面积,锅炉的热效率高达91%。

Performance Characteristics: 
1. High efficiency and energy saving 
Utilizing highly efficient Korean vacuum hot-water boiler technology, the boiler operates under vacuum conditions with low heating point. The steam heating (condensing for heating) effectively improves heat efficiency with good ability to exchange heat and tri-circulation design. The rear smoke path installs surplus heat recycle equipment to increase resource usage rate. The heat usage rate is as high as 91%. 
2. The unit operates under pressure with safety 
The unit operates in vacuum. The heat media is under vacuum condition with no danger of expansion or explosion. The boiler also stores constant heat-media water without danger to burn out. There are many self-protection installations with un-matchable safety features by other boilers. 
3. No Rusting, no accumulation to prolong usage life 
The heat exchange machines uses stainless steel material for the heat-media to operate under closed space. Under high temperature, there is no rusting, no furring to prolong the life of the boiler, almost twice as the normal boilers, making it almost 20 years. 
4. Abundant models, various usage for one machine 
There are vertical, horizontal, oil-burning, water-pipe, and gas-pipe various models for the users to choose. Heat exchange machine and collection machine are separate. 真空锅炉工作原理(Work Principles) 
真空热水锅炉是利用热媒水的相变进行热交换的,燃料燃烧释放出的热量被热媒水吸收,当温度上升至某真空度状态下的饱和温度时,蒸发成饱和蒸汽,完成*次相变过程;饱和蒸汽容重较小,在真空室迅速上升,并在真空室与冷凝交换器进行热交换,蒸汽被冷凝成水,释放出凝结潜热,完成第二次相变过程。凝结水流进蒸发室继续吸热,完成相变循环。 
真空热水锅炉的下部结构由燃烧室和传热管束组成;上部为真空室,其中插入了U型管热交换器;真空室外接抽气单元,使真空室保持稳定的真空度,并将真空室内不凝结气体抽出,提高U型热交换器的换热效率。 

Vacuum hot water boiler uses the change of heat-media water to exchange heat. The heat created from fuel burning is absorbed by heat-media water. When the temperature rises to the saturation point under vacuum, the water evaporates to steam, completing the first phase of change. The volume of the saturation steam is quite small. It rises fast in the vacuum room and heat exchange occurs in the vacuum room with the condensing device. The steam then is condensed to form water, releasing condensed heat, completing the second change phase. The condensed water flows into evaporation room to continue to absorb heat, completing the exchange circulation. 
The bottom structure of the vacuum hot water boiler is made of the firebox and heat passing pipes. The upper part of the vacuum room with U-shape pipe heat exchange device. The vacuum is connected to air-pumping unit, making a stable vacuum in the room. The air pump also pumps out the steam that does not condense, increasing the heat-exchange efficiency of the U-shape exchange devise.
