燃煤锅炉

■ DZL快装水管蒸汽或热水锅炉采用单锅筒纵置式，双集箱快装布置，结构紧凑，中心对称，绞龙式出灰渣结构。

■ SZL采用双锅筒纵置式结构，组装式水管蒸汽或热水锅炉，该种产品分上下两大部件组装出厂。设计合理结构紧凑、美观大方、热效高、出力足。

■ 燃烧设备采用新型鳞片式炉排，前后轴出厂前经严密的平行度和对角线检查，运转可靠，调整方便。

■ 燃煤锅炉尾部烟道设有省煤器，提高锅筒进水温度，降低排烟温度，减少了排烟损失。

■ 锅炉主体严格按照《锅炉压力容器安全监察暂行条例》及《蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程》极其相关标准生产制作、检验、品质精良。

■ 燃煤锅炉给水可实现自动控制，风室配风可实现遥控调节，具有温度、压力、水位保护，安全可靠。

■ 针对Ⅱ类或Ⅲ类烟煤设计，可配置二次风旋流助燃装置，对燃料的充分燃烧和煤的着火极为有利。

■ 结构紧凑，外形美观，整体快装出厂，运输安装方便。

Boiler  explanation

※ DZL series boilers is the model of the and travelling chain grate stoker steam(hot water ) boiler. The boiler is a natural circulation one with a single drum, an economizer and a furnace made up of water tubes. It is simple in structure and circulation and low in resistance. high heat efficiency Industrial  Ⅱ soft-coal is the best fuel for the boiler.
