1、高浓碎浆机转子具有碎浆浓度高（约比传统高浓碎浆机高出3个百分点）；用于废纸脱墨浆的处理可大大降低浆料加热能耗和化学药品的消耗量，疏解作用强，促使油墨粒子从纤维上更快地剥离和分散；而且对单根纤维几乎没有切断作用；对杂质的破坏作用小等优点。
2、放料稀释装置能使高浓浆料无须在碎浆机筒体内稀释而直接放料，大大缩短高浓浆料的放料时间，降低设备动力，节约电耗，特别适合后道工序对高浓度浆料的需求。

1. The rotor of high consistency pulper has high pulp concentration (about 3 percentage points higher than traditional high consistency pulper). When used in the treatment of deinked pulp from waste paper, the energy consumption of pulp heating and the consumption of chemicals can be greatly reduced, the effect of dissolution is strong, the ink particles can be peeled and dispersed from the fibers faster. It has the advantages of almost no cutting off effect to a single fiber and little damage to impurities.

2. The discharging dilution device can make the high consistency pulp discharged directly without dilution in the crusher barrel, greatly shorten the discharging time of the high consistency pulp, reduce the power of the equipment and save the power consumption, which is especially suitable for the demand of the high consistency pulp in the later process.
