- 装货前检查：

于销方工厂进行装货前机械品质、数量、包装进行检查。符合合同条款时方可发货。
Inspection about the machine qulity,quantity,package in seller’s factory before laoding . Once complied with the contract,seller can send the machine.
- 派遣技术人员前往指导安装、调试（包括设备的现场布置；管、线路排列方法等）。
2. Technicians will be dispatched for installing and debugging(including site layoutof the equipment ,arrangement methods of the pipes and wires)
3、对购方的操作人员进行培训。
3.Trainning for operators in buyer’s factory.
4、机械设备的保证：
4.Guarantees for the machine equipment.
交货后一年内在正常使用情况下，发生机械、电器故障或瑕疵，销方免费保修（接到购方通知168小时内到达），但消耗品如保险丝、刀片和人为损坏的等不包括在内。
Within one year after delivery,as normal use , if there is something wrong with the machine and the electrical appliance, saller should provide repairment for free(will arrive within 168h once got notes).consumables such as Fuse,blade and damage by man are not included.

⑴设备在制造厂内初步验收合格，货款到帐后，提供设备技术资料，供买方人员熟悉资料。
(1)After inspection of the equipment and the payment,seller should provide equipment technical materials for buyer’s reference.
- 设备到达安装位置，卖方在安装调试的同时对买方人员进行理论与实际操作的培训，直至买方人员能熟练操作该设备生产出合格产品为止。
(2)Buyers should be trained with theory and reality by sellers when the device comes to installation ,until buyer can operate the machine expertly and produce qualified product.
(3)Maintenance personnel can rule out the general breakdown.
