冻肉绞肉机可将未解冻—12℃以下冻肉直接进行绞切，形成不同规格的肉粒，不损害肌肉纤维组织，肉料温升小，利于产品保鲜，延长货架期，为斩拌或搅拌做好前期准备工作。适用于冻肉、速冻油、芝麻、花生各种冻状物等。整机外形美观整洁、操作简单、效率高。由于在无须解冻的情况下工作，更好地保持了肉的营养及肉的鲜味。本机料道与料斗连为一体，绞肉部分及外包装全部采用优质不锈钢制成，光亮平整、易于清洗、符合食品卫生要求。绞龙轴导程合理、入料口大、进料畅通、生产效率高。
