FCZ450粉碎机组

本机采用粗粉碎和主粉碎多级粉碎的结构，粉碎效率高，能耗低，产品粒度细。
本粉碎机是一种高速机械冲击式微粉碎机，利用高速旋转的锤片与击板对被粉
碎物料进行撞击、剪切作用物料被粉碎。

The machine adopts coarse crushing and the
crushing structure, crushing multistage high grinding efficiency, low energy consumption, fine granularity. This crusher is a high-speed mechanical impact crusher, using high-speed decline with the hammer blow slabs shattering collision, material shear materials were shattered.

本机组有：送料车、主机、沉降筒、转筛、旋风分离、集粉箱、电器柜等组成。
连接全部采用快卸夹头、出粉由星行排粉器控制，自控粉碎，粉碎后通过(转筛)筛选达标。部分粗粉自动返回粉碎机再次粉碎。本机符合G M P生产要求，适应对各类中成药复方药材、单味药材粉碎加工，也
适用食品、化工、矿山及粉末涂料等各行业的粉碎加工。

This set is composed of stack pallet, main
engine, sedimentation cylinder, transfer screen,
cyclone separator, powder box set, electrical
cabinet and so on. All of these are connected
with quick release chuck, flour from the Star
Bank Control of Powder, controlled grinding, after
crushing screening meeting the standard by
transferring. Part of the meal automatically return
the splintered machine and crush again. This machine
is conformity with requirements of GMP. It
suits for all kinds of intermediate medicine compound
materials, crushing single drugs, and also
applys to food processing, chemicals, paint and
other mining and crushing industries.
