　　单面(双面）制备器采用新德国机床精密加工技术生产的涂膜器，保证好的精确度，主要用于涂布规定厚度的湿膜，以测定试样的遮盖力、色泽或制备样板等。（材质为硬制不锈钢）

　　The wet film preparation device adopts the coating machine produced by the new German machine tool precision processing technology to ensure good precision.It is mainly used for coating the wet film of the specified thickness to determine the hiding power,color or sample preparation of the sample.(Material is hard stainless steel)

　　单面(双面）制备器使用方法：

　　将样板放在平台上，并予以固定，当制备器划过时不得移动。将制备器放在与样板的短边接近且平行或规定的位置上，然后在制备器前方涂约五毫升试样，用手指按住两端，以150毫米每秒的速度匀速划过，即涂布成需要的湿膜。

　　使用后用溶剂洗净擦干，涂防锈油或中性凡士林并保存

　　Wet film preparation method:

　　Place the sample on the platform and secure it so that it does not move when the preparation is crossed.Place the preparation device close to and parallel to the short side of the template or at a specified position,then apply about five milliliters of the sample in front of the preparation device,hold the ends with your fingers,ａnd traverse at a uniform speed of 150 mm per second.Apply to the desired wet film.
