◆机床结构采用砂轮架移动式外圆磨床结构,工件只作旋转运动,砂轮架拖板(Z轴)在拖板床身上作纵向往复运动,砂轮架(X轴)在拖板上作横向进给运动,操作位置在拖板上的结构布局。MCW1 380A系列外圆磨床床身结构为工件床身与拖板床身铸成一体,直径800以上外圆磨床均采用工件床身和拖板床身分离结构。
◆拖板纵向Z轴传动部分 为伺服电机驱动齿轮齿条传动,部分长度5米以内的数控型机床采用伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杠传动。
◆砂轮架横向X轴全部为伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杠传动。
◆拖板纵向及砂轮架横向导轨均采用卸荷式静压导轨,低速运动平稳。
◆砂轮架主轴采用高刚性动静压主轴,回转精度高,刚性好,磨削质量高。
◆顶磨型机床头架及尾架主轴均为旋转式活主轴结构,主轴采用超精密滚动轴承支撑,稀油强力润滑,定位精度高,承载大。顶磨型机床的回转精度*由头、尾架主轴系选用的高精度轴承的精度保证,所以磨削质量高。
◆顶磨型机床可选配四爪卡盘,可以实现一夹-顶的方式进行磨削。
