◆机床床身、鞍座、立柱、磨头体、工作台等基础件全部采用高强度铸铁,组织稳定,确保品质。
◆磨头主轴选用精密角接触滚动轴承,采用高刚性主轴套筒结构,回转精度高,使用维修方便。
◆机床采用十字拖板布局形式,导轨贴有聚四氟乙烯软带,导向性好,运动平稳。
◆NC2系列为左右油压驱动,上下、前后轴进给采用精密滚珠丝杆, AC伺服电机与数控系统控制,进刀灵敏度高,可实现平面、成型面(两轴联动可实现异形砂轮修整,从而实现成型面磨削)、不等距不等深不等宽沟槽或阶梯自动研磨,操作方便效率高。
◆NC3系列为左右、上下、前后三轴进给均采用精密滚珠丝杆, AC伺服电机与数控系统控制,除具备NC2系列功能外,还可通过左右、上下轴联动实现凸凹面、圆弧面等特殊形状表面磨削。

◆NC3 series feed the left and right, up and down, front and rear three axis are all using precision ball screw, AC servo motor and CNC system control, in addition to the NC2 series function, but also through the left and right, up and down axis linkage to achieve convex concave surface, arc surface and other special shape surface grinding.
