结构特点 / STRUCTURAL FEATURES

◆机床采用龙门式布局,由双立柱、横梁及床身组成封闭式高刚性框架结构。

◆横梁采用阶梯梁结构,局部镶贴钢导轨,使用滚动块,整体刚性强,力学性能好。

◆磨头主轴采用动静*瓦结构 ,寿命长、运动精度高、抗振性能好等优点。

◆工作台采用油驱动 ,可无级调速、运动平稳、噪音小:液压站主电机采用伺服电机,流量随电机转速变化,节能高效。

◆立磨头回转采用端齿盘定位,一度一分。

◆人机交互界面,操作简单高效。

◆The machine adopts gantry type layout, consisting of double columns, beams and bed body.

◆The beam adopts the structure of ladder beam, the steel guide rail is inlaid and pasted locally, the roller is used, the whole rigidity is strong, the mechanical property is good.
