三、 使用与维修：Operation and Maintenance
1、 使用 Operation
（1）、工作气压不低于0.49Mpa，冲洗水压建议比工作气压低0.05MPa。
The working pressure must be higher than 0.49 MPa，and suggest that the flushing pressure should be lower 0.05MPa than working pressure.
(2)、为了保证机置运转时的正常润滑，应根据作业环境温度合理选用润滑 油和润滑脂。
Select the suitable lubricating oil or grease according to the different environmental temperature, to ensure the normal lubrication when the drifter is working.
以下几种润滑油可供选用参考
The following lubricating oil can be reference：

（3）、与凿岩机联结的管路中必须设置容量大于（或等于）5 升的，可调节供油量的注油器。
The Oiler’s capacity which connect with the drifter must be more than 5l, and the oiler could adjust the flow of oil.
（4）、使用的钻具应符合质量要求。
The drill sets of the drifter should accord with the demands of quality.
（5）、为保证能量的传递效率和钎杆的寿命，凿岩时，各钎具之间必须联接紧密。
To ensure the transferring efficiency of energy and the life of drilling tools, connection between drilling tools must be closely.
（6）、严禁凿岩机在高气压下长时间空机运转。
Don’t make the drifter working free in a high pressure for a long time.
1、 维护 Maintenance
（1）、 正常工作的凿岩机必须进行定期的检查、维修，以保证运行的可靠性。
A normal running drifter must be checked and maintained
regularly for the reliability of operation.
（2）、 维修时，应对齿轮、轴承处涂满规定的润滑脂。
When you maintaining, the bearing and the gear should be greased with the requirement.
（3）、使用前，应检查各紧固件是否可靠，并在运转正常后方可工作。
Before using it, Check the fastener tighten enough or not, then operate the drifter to find if it is normal.
（4）、作业结束前应先闭水，轻运转片刻排尽机内积水后方可停机，以防止机内零件锈蚀。
To avoid the parts from rust, before you stop working, turn off the water first, then working free a little time to pour out the water left in the drifter.
（5）、若*不使用机器， 在使用前应拆洗机件，涂上防锈油后再装机。机器必须置于干燥处储存。
If you don’t use the machine for a long time, you should disassemble and clean it, then grease the parts with antirust oil. After assemble the drifter, you must put it in a dry place to store it.
