DEF-H贴标机是上海陆甲自动化科技有限公司研发应用于口红端面贴标的产品，陆甲的技术人员经过重新设计提供了与同步的标识解决方案，并且大胆摒弃以往转盘式模具贴标方式，采用直线式V型模具输送物料，大大改善了转盘式模具容易刮花贴标物料表面的问题，同时有效解决了更换尺寸大小不一、形状不同的物料便要更换转盘模具的问题，既提高了产能又节省了生产的成本。本系统可同时满足圆柱形、方柱形物料的贴标需求，稳定贴标速度为60-70件/分钟。
DEF-H is the latest product developed by Shanghai Lujia Automation Technology Co., Ltd. for lipstick end face labeling. The technicians of Lujia have been redesigned to provide an internationally-identified logo solution, and boldly abandon the previous rotary mold labeling method. The use of linear V-shaped mold to convey materials greatly improves the problem that the rotary mold is easy to scratch the surface of the labeling material, and effectively solves the problem of replacing the rotary mold with different materials of different sizes and shapes, which improves the problem. Capacity also saves on production costs. The system can meet the labeling requirements of cylindrical and square cylindrical materials at the same time, and the stable labeling speed is 60-70 pieces/min.
