带载变幅型港口固定回转支承式起重机是按照“GB3811起重机设计规范"和“GB6067起重机械安全规程"设计、制造的港口起重机。为单臂架式，钢丝绳变幅，采用复滑轮组补偿，货物可作近似水平的位移，360°旋转，可全幅度带载变幅；运转平稳，安全可靠。
该港口起重机可配吊钩、抓斗、集装箱吊具三种吊具供用户选择，并可根据用户要求进行各种非标设计。适用于内河港口中小型码头、库场、堆栈或厂区内进行件杂物或散货的装卸作业。
该港口起重机为安装在岸壁式码头对船舶进行装卸作业的港口机械。
The operating luffing port fixed slewing crane is the single boom system and full-circle slewing port carne, rope luffing, adopt the means of compensation with pulley block. It can operate with either hook or grab. It can also handle container when it is equipped with container sling.
The port crane should be designed and manufactured in accordance with＂GB3811 design rules for cranes＂ ａnd ＂GB6067 safety rules for lifting appliances＂.
The port machinery is the best ideal type in shipyard. Featuring in: good appearance, compact structure, smoothness of running realiability of operational safety, performance excellence, simple and easy maintenance, light weight, low power consumption, small investment, long service life. Thus it can be widely used for handling operations in inlａnd and coastal shipyard port.
