活塞推料离心机可分为卧式单级、二级或三级活塞推料。能在全速状态下，连续进行进料、分离、洗涤、卸料等工序。具有连续操作、运转平稳、分离因数高、生产能力大、洗涤效果好、滤饼含湿率低、母液含固量少等特点。

适合分离含固相物粒度大于0.08mm,浓度大干40%的悬浮液。适用于化工、化肥、制碱、制盐等行业，特别适用于氯化钠、氯化铵、碳酸氢铵、硫酸钠、尿素等固液分离。

3.工作原理.png

主电机带动套装的内、外转鼓全速旋转，物料由进料管连续引入，均匀分布到内转鼓内段滤网壁上，在离心力作用下，液相物穿过滤网和转鼓壁滤孔排出，经排液管排出机外，固相物截留在内转鼓形成环形滤饼层。

内、外转鼓同速旋转的同时，在活塞推动下，内转鼓连续轴向往复运动，因而推料盘推动内转鼓滤饼层间歇不断地向外移动排出内转鼓，进入外转鼓进一步分离并形成环形滤饼层，内转鼓外端面则推动外转鼓滤饼层间歇不断地向外移动排出外转鼓，经刮料槽排出机外。
