PR293系列纳伏微欧测温仪是一款适用于直流微小信号测量的高性能测试仪器,能够高灵敏度地进行电压、电阻、电流及各类温度信号量的采集及分析。作为温度计量行业的专用仪器,PR293系列测温仪具有丰富的温度测试相关功能,使得温度校准及温度量值传递过程变得简单、便捷。

1. 10nV/10μΩ的测试灵敏度:
测试灵敏度是电测仪器的关键技术参数,超低噪声放大器以及低纹波电源模块的突破性设计大大降低了PR293测温仪信号回路的读数噪声,而读数噪声的减小对于提高测试灵敏度至关重要。
2. 电阻动态清零功能:
高高要求的电阻测量过程通常需要使用电流换向的方法,用以实现测量电阻真实数值的目的。PR293系列测温仪具有“电阻动态清零”功能,可以快速测得被测电阻的真值,而无需额外的电流换向操作。该功能可以根据实际需求,通过设置选项打开或者关闭。
3. 内置5通道低噪声扫描开关:
PR293A型测温仪后部集成了5组相互独立的多功能测试端子,5组通道可独立设置测试信号类型,无需任何外部开关即可进行多通道的数据采集工作。低噪声的设计可保障通过其接入的信号不会带来额外的读数噪声。此外,5组测试通道具有*的通道间一致性。
4. 极低的温度漂移:
PR293系列测温仪内置了极为精密的参考电阻,结合自校准技术,PR293测温仪的温度系数达到极低的水平,以100Ω量程为例,在10~35℃的环境温度下,典型温度系数为0.5ppm/℃。
5. 丰富的温度计量功能:
PR293系列测温仪支持多种温度传感器,可支持的传感器范围包括4种标准热电偶、2种标准铂电阻、8种工业铂电阻及11种工作用热电偶,并支持引用证书值或者修正值对测试结果进行温度溯源。
6. 出众的易用性:
PR293测温仪是为温度计量行业量身定制的专用测试仪器,可显示各种测试数据、曲线,并且可通过U盘进行数据存储,此外,程序中的统计功能还可以对数据队列进行/最小/平均值计算,以及多种温度波动性的计算,有助于在测试现场进行直观的数据分析。此外,PR293A型测温仪还具有独立的温差测量模式,方便对各类恒温设备进行专业的温场均匀性分析。
