该阀是根据建材、矿山、冶金等行业中对中、小固体块状物料的给料、输送、控制等工艺的要求而研制的一种新型阀门，适用于≤50mm物料的输送控制。

The valve is the new type valve designed according to the technologic request of feeding, carrying and controlling the middle and small solid blocky material in building material, mining, metallurgy industries etc. It is suitable to be used to control carrying ≤50mm material.

结构特点：

Structure characteristic:

采用优质型钢焊接，结构简单、易操作、无卡阻、刚性强、不变形、使用寿命长、基本无维修量。是中、小固体块状物料控制的理想设备。

The valve is welded in fine steel, having the features of simple structure, easy to operate, not obstructive high strength, no distortion, long life and no maintenance. It is the ideal equipment of controlling the middle and small solid block material.

工作原理：

Working principle:

棒条阀一般为常开型，物料处流通状态。根据工况需要切断或调节时,需逐个插入棒条，以阻止物料流通，也可根据工况需要通过调整棒条间的间隙来控制物料的大小。

The valve is the opening type. The material is in the state of circulation. When it needs to be cut off or adjusted according to the working condition, the grid stick must be inserted one by one to prevent the material from circulating. In order to control the size of the material, adjusting the clearance of the grid stick according to the working condition also can be adopted.

使用说明：

Usage explanation

l 安装时两法兰连接时必需加密封垫片，然后均匀锁紧螺栓。

l 运行时不得对抽出的棒条进行猛烈撞击，以免棒条变形无法复位。

l 切断流通块料时，必须从两边依次插入棒条。

l 若长期存放，不允许露天存放或堆置。

l Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l Prevent the grid drawn out from hard bumping in order to avoid distortion.

l Insert the grid stick from both sides one by one when cut off passing block material.

l When valve is long stored, it should not be placed or piled up in the open air.

l Please indicate the type, model and technical parameter (using temperature, working condition of equipment and characteristic of medium etc) referring to the product sample when you place an order.

l Product legend in the sample and electric device listed in table is the basic normal collocation of our company without any corresponding accessory. If you have especial demａnd (anti-explosion, outdoors, timing and frequency modulation type etc), please refer to the explanation of corresponding actuator code in the sample appendix and indicate it below the basic model.

l If you have other special demand, need special medium or the spec that is not listed in the table, please contact with our department of market and technology. We can design and manufacture for you especially.
