一、设备名称Name and quantity of equipment:
弯曲试验机90° （Bending test machine 90°）

二、用途Use：
用于检测产品弯曲性能。（针对于铜材铝材产品）

三、主要技术要求Main technical requirements:
1、按照工艺要求，与材料接触面光滑，不能对材料造成刮擦和损伤。
According to the process requirements, the contact surface with the material is smooth, can not cause scratching and damage to the material.
2、量具平面表面光洁度32级，冲头表面光洁度16级。
Measuring tool plane surface finish level 32, punch surface finish level 16.
3、按照R角要求制作压头，标识压头尺寸。
Make the pressure head according to R Angle requirements, mark the size of the pressure head.
(1）折弯90° R（mm）包含25个模具压头：

4、整机及附属部件采用工具钢、模具钢、不锈钢制作，正常情况不易生锈，使用过程耐磨损。
