●接通电源线时，应注意电机正反转，钢轮应该按照箭头指示方向旋转；
●试验机必须在接地处可靠接地（线径不小于1.5mm）；
●每次试验后，应将试验机打扫干净，尤其应将夹具及其导轨上的沙子清理干净；
