INFICON Stripe 高速电容式隔膜真空计目前是Z快速、高度准确的真空仪器。响应时间不到 2 ms，配备 EtherCAT 现场总线接口，开拓了全新的应用领域。成熟的控温、防腐蚀、超纯陶瓷传感器能长期提供出众的量程稳定性，而且具有的零位稳定性。Stripe 随附 INFICON 已获的传感器屏蔽，用于保护真空计，使其免受不需要的过程副产品的影响。INFICON Stripe 使用创新的加热概念，提供冰凉的接触表面和的速度性能，可实现的生产力提升，使其成为同类产品中的真空仪器。
