端泵激光打标机全称为半导体端面泵浦激光打标机，利用半导体激光器（Laser Diode，LD）泵浦的固体激光器作为泵浦源，经光纤耦合后从端面注入激光晶体。使泵浦光束进入增益介质与腔模空间交叠，从而能得到高功率和高光束质量的激光输出。

端泵激光打标机采用端面泵浦模式，使用了谐振腔和温控体系优化设计，实现了高的光束质量和高的光光转换效率，无庞大水冷系统，设计紧凑，结构稳定，具有10000小时的使用寿命；
