1、该生产线为连续式作业炉，可完成自运送料、渗碳、下油淬火，回火等工序。适用于标准件行业(弹簧、螺丝、);汽车、摩托

车、自行业行业;五金零件行业(夹、钉、鞋铁芯、小管件、指甲钳、链条、锁头钩等);轻纺机械行业的薄层渗碳(≤

0.3mm)、碳氮共渗、调质等光亮处理淬火热处理。

2、本设备其设计合理，结构紧凑，是热处理行业的理想设备。

3、生产线具备完整可靠的电气自动控制，安全连锁和报警等功能。

4、自动程度高、无环境污染、处理后零件表面光洁、硬度均匀无氧化。
