DDG-8250工业电导率仪中英文说明

一.   概况

DDG-8250型电导率仪采用MCU技术进行数字化测量和传输。选用12864点阵式液晶显示器,全英文操作菜单,广泛适用于电子、化工、制药、电力、循环水、饮用水等行业制水设备在线电导率值测量和监控。

 

二.   仪器主要特点

1. 具有自动量程切换;

2. 具有自动校正零点;

3. 具有测量参数同屏幕显示;

4. 具有电导率值上下限报警输出;

5. 具有RS-232C通讯接口输出;

6. 具有4~20mA工况范围设置;

 

三.   仪器主要技术参数

1. 测量范围:0.00~20.00mS/cm

其中:0~20.00μS/cm0~200.0μS/cm0~2000μS/cm0~20.00 mS/cm四档量程自动切换;

 

2. 温度补偿:本仪器具有自动温度补偿,补偿范围0~60

补偿基准25,温度补偿元件:NTC10KΩ;

 

3. 显示方式:选用12864点阵式背光液晶显示器,同屏幕显示电导率值,对应TDS值,当前温度值及日期时钟等参数,有效显示尺寸:54×36(mm)

 

4. 测量精度:±1%F·S

 

5. 电极配置:本仪器可选用C=0.1C=1.0C=10.0三种规格不锈钢电极,4'管道式螺纹连接,导线标准配置长度5

 

6. 报警控制输出:本仪器具有电导率上下限报警设置及双触点控制信号输出,触点容量220VAC/7A

 

7. 电流信号输出:本仪器具有标准隔离型4~20mA正向或逆向电流信号输出,4mA值和20mA值的工况值可根据用户的要求任意设置,确保输出精度,输出负载≥500Ω;

 

8. RS-232C通讯接口输出:本仪器具有标准RS-232C串行口输出,可同具有此接口的智能型仪器相连接,实现测量数据的传输及记录。如计算机、打印机等;

 

9. 实时时钟功能:本仪器具有实时时钟功能,可实时记录测量数据;

 

10.     仪器供电:本仪器具有220AC24VDC选择供电

四.   仪器显示面板示意图

  明:

1. 电导率值:当仪器测量值小于2000μS/cm时,仪器显示μS/cm单位,当电导率大于等于2000μS/cm时,仪器显示mS/cm单位;

(注:1mS/cm=1000μS/cm

 

2. ALARM:当仪器测量值大于报警设定值时仪器显示“ALARM”字符;

3.   over:当仪器测量值大于20.00 S/cm(满量程)时,仪器显示 “over”字符;

4. t:xxx℃:当前测量的水温值;

5. TDS XXX ppm:当前测量电导率值的对应TDS值;

6. XX: XX:XX:当前测量状态时间;

7. XXXX-XX-XX:当前测量状态日期;

8. CHM:页面键;

9. SET:设置键;

10. :光标左移键;

六.   仪器操作说明

1. 按仪器后盖板接线图,相应连接电极接线(接电极线相应颜色),电源线及相应控制接线,在连接无误的情况下,仪器接通电源进入工作状态;

 

2. 仪器开机状态及测量画面:

 

3. 仪器各项控制参数设置:

   在仪器显示测量画面状态下,按仪器“SET”键进入下列各项参数设置画面,其顺序如图所示:

说明:

Ø 在上述设置参数画面状态下,按仪器“ ”键改变光标位置,按“▲”键调整对应光标位置数值;

Ø 在仪器设置状态下按仪器“CHM”键,仪器回到测量状态,同时完成设置参数的保存;

4.       日期和时间的设置:

在仪器测量值画面状态下,同时按“SET”键和“ ”键进入日期、时钟的设置,分别按“SET”键改变对应位置,按“▲”键调整对应的数值,再按“CHM”键仪器回到测量状态画面,日期、时钟设置完成;

5.       其它说明:

Ø 选配本仪表时,建议按如下使用要求选配不同常数的电极,以确保测量的准确性;

Ø  当本仪器在测量过程中,不接入温度信号(红线、黄线)时,仪器显示25,此时测量所得的电导率值为无补偿状态下的电导率值;

Ø 仪器测量值超过设定值时,仪器除了有“ALARM”字符提示外,并有蜂鸣器声响提示;

 

Ø 关于报警上下限的设置及输出:本仪器可设置电导率值报警上下限,当报警上限值等于报警下限值时;

 

如设置为20μS/cm,则仪表测量值大于等于20μS/cm时,开启触点信号,低于20μS/cm时,关闭触点信号;

 

如报警上限为1000μS/cm,下限值为500μS/cm时,则仪器测量值大于等于1000μS/cm,电导率值回到小于等于500μS/cm时,再断开触点信号;

 

如测量值大于等于2000μS/cm时,仪表显示S/cm电导率单位,如设置值为5000μS/cm时,此时仪表报警值为5.00S/cm

 

Ø 关于4~20mA电流信号的工况范围设置:为了提高4~20mA信号输出的精度本仪器可设置对应的工况范围;

 

如电导率值4~20mA信号要求范围为0~2000μS/cm,则4mA对应值为0.00μS/cm20mA值对应值为2000μS/cm

 

七.   使用须知

1.       测量电极用导线为电缆线,如用户使用时超过电极出厂定标长度(5m),请在订货时确定导线长度,勿用非专业电缆线进行加工,避免影响测量准确度;

 

2.       电导率测量信号属于微弱电信号,其电极导线应独立走线,避免同动力线和控制线捆扎在一起,以免产生干扰或击穿仪表,影响正常测量;

 

3.       电导仪属于精密电化学分析仪表,在电极同仪器接线端连接时要确保连接可靠;

 

4.       本仪器在使用报警触点信号控制执行时,尽可能采用中间继电器,以确保执行器和仪器的安全运行。

1. Introduction

Conductivity monitor DDG-8250 provides advanced digital measurement and transmission via MCU function.  It is equipped with 12864 dot matrix LCD and operating menu fully in English.  With such advantages, it is widely used in electronics, chemistry, pharmaceutical and water etc industry.

Note:

     µS/cm will be displayed when measurement reading is less than 2000µS/cm, or otherwise mS/cm will be displayed.

(p.s. 1mS/cm=1000µS/cm)

 

     ALARM will be displayed if measurement reading is greater than set value.

 

     OVER will be displayed if measurement reading is greater than 20.00mS/cm.

 

     t: xxx℃ stands for the water temperature

 

    TDS XXXppm stands for conductivity’s corresponding value of TDS

 

      XX:XX:XX stands for measurement time

NOTE:  Power supply of terminals with serial No. 12-16 shall be chosen according to equipped devices.

 

 

 

6.   Operating Instruction

1)       After correctly connecting the electrode wire (refer to actual color of wire), power supply wire, input wire and output wire according to the diagram of wire connection on back panel, connect the power supply.

 

 

 

 

2)       Switch on the power supply, below information will be displayed respectively.

 

 

 

 

 

3)     Parameters Setting

In the condition of conductivity measurement, press SET key, the following parameter setting will be displayed respectively.

 

 

During the above procedure, please note:

l         Please press to move space and press ▲ to adjust digits.

l         Press CHM key, measurement function will be available again and parameters set will be saved.

4)     Date and time setup

In the condition of measurement page, press SET key and  to enter into the page for time and date setup.  Press SET to move space and ▲ to adjust digits.  Press “CHM”, set is saved.

 

5)     attention

Ø Considering the measurement accuracy, we suggest you use the electrode according to below tabel.

Ø  When temperture signal (red and yellow cable) was not connected and 25 was displayed, the measured conductivity is non-compensation.

 

Ø  When the readings exceed the set value, not only ALARM will be displayed, but a buzzer sounded.

 

Ø  When the upper limit to alarm is as same as the low limit, please see below different situation under different condition.

 

If the value is set as 20μS/cm and the reading is not less than 20μS/cm, switch signal will be functioned.

 

If upper limit to alarm is set as 1000μS/cm and low limit as 500μS/cm, reading is not less than 1000μS/cm and conductivity is not greater than 500μS/cm, disconnect the switch signal.

 

If reading is not less than 2000μS/cm, unit of conductivity is mS/cm.  If the set value is 5000μS/cm, the limit to alarm is 5.00mS/cm.

 

Ø  In order to output current in the range of 4 to 20mA, please set conductivity according to below instructions.

 

If output from 4 to 20mA requests a range of 0 to 2000μS/cm, mA corresponds to 0.00μS/cm and 20mA to 2000μS/cm.

 

7.       Attentions

1) The cable of electrode should be special for a high measurement accuracy. If it is longer than factory length (5m), please confirm when an order is placed.

2)  Due to the weak signal during conductivity measurement and in order to avoid interference or breaking the meter, the electrode cable should not be bound with any other cables.

3)  The meter is sensitive.  Correct connection is the must.

4)  We suggest you use relay to support the meter running well.
