热机分析仪是由系统机控制,研究高分子材料力学性能的仪器它能够测定材料在等速升温条件下的温度、变形曲线,从而确定材料的玻璃化温度Tg和流动温度Tf(符合国标:GB11998)。它能测量各种材料的热膨胀系数,从而确定这些材料的变态点,烧结过程、收缩率、热膨胀等特性。可广泛应用于高分子及其合成材料、药物、陶瓷等材料的科研和生产中。
主要性能指标:
● 测量形式:
1、压缩、弯曲、拉伸、穿透四种受力形式;2、膨胀变形
● 温度范围:
1、低温炉:-35℃—室温;2、高温炉:室温— 500℃
● 升降温速率:
1、升温:0.5—5℃/min;1、2、5℃/min常用(高温炉用)
2、降温:-0.5— -2℃/min;-1.2℃/min常用(低温炉用)
● 变形测量范围:
1、对于压缩、弯曲、拉伸、穿透四种试验为0—2.5mm;2、对于膨胀变形试验为0—0.5mm
