ACPL-P480

快速光电耦合器包括 GaAsP LED和带有施密特触发电路光检测器，提供逻辑电平兼容输出，可节省额外波形整型需求。
图腾柱输出可节省上拉电阻并直接驱动智能功率模块或门驱动电路。器件间zui低的传播延迟差使这些光电耦合器成为通过降低开关死区时间改善变频器效率的理想方案。

Description

It contains a GaAsP LED. The LED is optically coupled to an integrated high gain photo detector.
The HCPL-4504 series has short propagation delays and high CTR. The HCPL-4504 series also has a guaranteed propagation delay difference （tPLH-tPHL）. These features make the HCPL-4504 series an excellent solution to IPM inverter dead time and other switching problems.The CTR, propagation delay, and CMR are specified both for TTL and IPM conditions which are provided for ease of application. This single channel, diode-transistor optocoupler is available in a 8-Pin DIP package. An insulating layer between a LED and an integrated photodetector provides electrical insulation between input and output. Separate connections for the photodiode bias and output-transistor collector increase the speed up to a hundred times that of a conventional phototransistor coupler by reducing the base collector capacitance.
