集成了第三代Intel® Core™ i7处理器，搭配QM77 PCH平台，NISE 3640E系列配置4x Intel® 82574IT GbE LAN控制器，支持高达4路摄像，更好的吞吐量;不仅如此，NISE 3640E系列支持WoL, LAN teaming和PXE功能。同时，其运算性能和图像处理性能得到增强，NISE 3640E系列支持3独立显示，并提供高性能图像和视觉检测，可用于交通控制、超速监控、实时更新和电子等。另外，NISE 3640E系列支持2x RS232/422/485, 4x RS232, 2x USB3.0, 2x USB2.0, 1x CFast插槽, 1x SIM卡槽,和1x 内置Mini-PCIe插槽，支持可选的WiFi 或 3.5G模块。

凭借其无风扇、无缆线设计和宽温操作等特点，NISE 3640E系列可在温度变化和振动存在的苛环境下运行。
