一、产品概述 ：
漏电起痕试验装置是按GB4207、IEC60112等标准要求设计制造的检测仪器，适用于对电工电子产品、家用电器的固体绝缘材料及其产品模拟在潮湿条件下相比漏电起痕指数和耐漏电起痕指数的测定，具有简便、准确、可靠、实用等特点。
在电器受潮湿和杂质环境的影响下，不同极性的带电部件之间或带电部件与接地金属部件之间可能会引起绝缘上的漏电，产生的电弧对电器造成击穿短路或由于放电使材料蚀损，甚至引燃导致火灾。 该仪器就是模拟上述情况对绝缘材料进行的一种破坏性试验，用以测试和评定在规定电压下，绝缘体在电场和含杂质水作用时的相对耐漏电起痕性。

Tracking test （ electric mark index test ） is IEC60112, IEC60335, IEC884-1, GB2099.1, UL 746A, GB/T4207, GB4706.1 ASTMD 3638-92 standard simulation experiment project. Tracking test （ electric tracking indices of solid insulating materials test ） is on the surface, in terms of size （ 2mm ×5mm ） between platinum electrodes, applying a voltage and timing （ 30s ） constant height （35mm ） drops under the droplet size of conductive liquid （ 0.1%NH 4 CL ）, to evaluate the surface of the solid insulating material in the electric field and the humidity or contamination medium under the action of combined leakage resistance performance were compared, electric tracking index （CT1 ） and resistance to tracking index （ PT1 ）. Electric leakage tester （ electric mark index tester ） instrument suitable for lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, electrical tools, electric motor, electric tools, electronic equipment, electrical instruments, information technology and equipment research, production and quality inspection departments, is also suitable for insulating materials, engineering plastics, electrical connections, and auxiliary industry.
二、特点：该仪器分试验箱和控制箱两部分，试验箱外壳及结构件采用不锈钢或黄铜制造，电极头为铂金属，耐高温耐腐蚀，滴液计数准确，控制系统稳定可靠。
三、技术性能：

●试验电压：100~600V连续可调数显，电压表显示值zui大误差：1.5%，显示值为:r.m.s；

c: 电极间所成角度为60°±5°,间距为（4±0.1㎜）；
d: 对样品压力为:1.00N±0.05N；
●滴液系统：
a: （30±5）秒（开启滴液时间28S+开启滴液持续时间2S）自动计数、数显（可预置），50滴时间：（24.5±2）min;
b: 滴液针嘴到样品表面高度:35㎜±5㎜（附一个量规作测量参考）;
c: 滴液重量:20滴:0.380g~0.489g;50滴:0.997g~1.147g;
●短路电流：两电极短路时的电流可调至（1±0.1）A,数显±1%,电流表显示值为有效值（r.m.s）;
