2L-3Q2W/4Q2W is a Float type level Controller, which, by combining sensor and unit with two line, has its capacity of controlling water supply and draining as well as alarming high/low level of water. This new type level controller can save personnel expense, cost for wires and can solve problems of distinguishing various types of complex component of lines, which doesn't require +/- distinction even between unit & sensor.

3 Ball unit is widely use
(water supply/draining Automation & High/Low Alarm)

There is no LO Alarm contact point for 3 ball unit (Low water level)

2"(5mm) socket needs to be welded in the right place and for use of French type, use 65 or more.

▣

Installation place needs to be free of hood or obstacles with in a radius of 30cm X 30cm. If there is 부래 nearby hood, it may not work properly because of it.

▣

When tieing rope to the sinker, please bind fast.

▣

Use the ball below temperature of 60°C and do not use in oil.

※

2" socket type is the factory default.
( Separate order for French Type)

Connect the wire shown as HH, PH, DL to connector by the color (White to white, black to black) - Parallel Connection. (When connecting to the connector, no color distinction is needed)

The same method applies to LL

▣

Please be noted that the lead S/S of 부래 moves a little bit higher from the level.

▣

Use 3Q2W for water supply/draining automation and high water level alarm.

▣

Use 4Q2W for water supply/draining automation and high/low water level alarm.

Semi-permanent (Built-in S/W with float and special molding process)
As operated by voltage difference between Lead S/W and Resistance, cannot be
used for other contact point.

Alway distinguish 부래 when use.

 

▶

Separate order needed for 100V (220V is default)

 

There are 4 types of BURAE

◆

HH- High water level contact point
(Use between 48V AC/DC and 1A(N.O A" contact point)

◆

PH- Draining pump movement (Stops when water supply activates)

◆

PL- Draining pump stop (Moves when water supply activates)

◆

LL- Low water level alarm 5.6 (N.O)

* PH, PL, LL ball cannot be used for general contact point purpose
(Built-in resistance)
