此装置主要用于短屑及碎屑的连续输送，有不受切屑材质限制的优点。磁刮板排屑装置主要用于湿式加工中长度小于150毫米钢屑及铸铁屑的输送。此装置采用链条拖动刮屑板将切屑沿排屑装置底部刮出的工作方式，工作可靠、稳定，尤其是在湿式加工中，磁刮板排屑装置是替代永磁排屑装置的机型。
HRGB series scraper chip conveyor and HRCGB series magnetic scraper chip conveyor is applied in transporting short and crushed chips continuously. It is not restricted by the material of cutting chips.
HRCGB series magnetic scraper chip conveyor is mainly used in wet processing for transporting steel chips and cast-iron chips which length is less than 150mm. This device uses chains to move scrappers and scrapping chips along bottom plate of chip conveyor.
